Very upsetting experience

Very upsetting experience. I ordered the worktop and while ordering the website reassured me the worktop will be delivered within 7 days (not working days). I paid and waited for nearly the week but the status didn't change. When I called and asked about the order I received an email with info that I need to wait another week. Guess what ? I have to wait for a refund 14 days despite basically they deceived me and the company is so extremely disorganised that dispatching one worktop takes over a week. Buying in-store is ok - buying online - simply I'll never make the same mistake. I went to another shop and I didn't have the same problem.
