Castors-Online supplied a pair of replacement wheels for my sack truck. The wheel flange broke off the bearing housing after very little use. It is poorly designed and manufactured. The manufacturer of the product is Neilson. The MD of Castors-Online has refused to refund, choosing instead to imply that I have somehow ‘misused’ the product. I have not. These Neilson wheels are not of merchantable quality and Castors-Online should not be selling them for a sack truck. Do not expect to get a refund from this company should anything go wrong.

Ordered some casters yesterday and was promised delivery in 2-3 days. They arrived today and are exactly as described. What more can you ask for. Brilliant
