SCAM SITE! They advertised "Ugg Tasman Slippers" and the product I received after 2 month was a knock off and not US sizing. When I complained I was faced with nothing but AI generated responses. It did offer me a 20% refund and I get to keep the items or I could ship back at my own expense for a full refund. These were very expensive so I decided to eat the shipping and return for full refund. AGAIN A SCAM! I was faced with another AI generated response that said they were unable to refund me as I made a one-time purchase and there was no proof of payment. They told me to contact my bank for a refund (which obviously made no sense). I reported them to BBB.

After I told them I had reported them to BBB and was going to take them to small claims court I got my third erroneous AI response saying they would have their shipping department correct the issue.

Took over 2 months to get the order and the sizes run small and the tracking is terrible and the product is pretty cheaply made I made a mistake by trying to save money the Las Vegas number is just a answer machine to make it look like USA but it is China all the way not recommended

This is a scam company bought item with a guarantee deliver for Xmas. Received 2 months later and will not take back unless I pay for shipping back to China. Which by the way the website is a Las Vegas address. The shoes are nothing like the description and they smell like glue.. awful.. buyer beware you will get stuck with a product that has no refund policy that they honor even if it’s their fault.. I should also mention the shoes can wrapped in a black garbage bag with duck tape.. SCAM

This stuff ships from China and MAY show up 2 months later. I ordered in early January and still don't have the shoes. It's March 3rd. Ordered through PayPal and at least have a tracking number now. Says they're in Chicago.....

I bought a pair of ankle boots in January. I received them in a timely manner but, they were not what I expected. I contacted Casual Comfort and after trying to navigate their system I explained my concern. Nothing back. Repeat, this time got a form response. Wait a few days, repeat. Eventually I was told to mail the boots back. I used the return address on the original mailer. I just got them back with "fraud" stamped on the package. I have paid for shipping from (my fault) and now shipping to. I don't think Paypal is going to help me either. Do not buy from Casualcomfortsandal.

Horrible product. Cheap Chinese knock off that smells like chemicals!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Inferior products with horrible construction materials. Not worth any savings you may get. Plus takes about two months to receive any shipment since it’s coming by boat from China. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ALERT!!!!

This company is horrible. They misrepresent their products, don’t disclose they ship their products from China, delay shipping, fail to answer inquiries, and have a terrible refund/return policy. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. They sell sell you fake merchandise. I purchased UGG talisman slippers on 12/25 and paid for expedited shipping. I Got them a month later in a clear plastic bag. I have been trying to return them for weeks and they keep giving me the run around. STAY FAR AWAY from this company.

Do not buy from this company … they are fake !!!!! I paid $107.98 for a pair of Tasman uggs Dec 29th I have not received these as yet but I’ve received many fake delivery docs from them saying delivered ??? Delivered where ?? Ohhhh and each time I tell them I’ve not received them they said a different tracking number !!! They are not in the USA !!!!! Be very very aware DO NOT BUY From them

Took forever to ship from China not Las Vegas. When it finally got here a month and a half later, the shoes were small for the size and the sandal piece that goes between the toes is put sideways instead of longways forcing the toes too wide apart to be comfortable. Don't waste your money buy from somewhere local where you can see what your buying and can return.

I bought a pair of name brand slippers from CasualComfortSandal in early December as a Christmas present. After a very long delay, the company refused to cancel the order and I didn't get them until February. They were shipped directly to me from an address in China and they were FAKE Knockoffs with no labels/branding whatsoever. I purchased from them because their website Return & Refund policy stated: we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. However, they REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR RETURN & REFUND POLICY AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. They told me I must pay to send my slippers back to China directly!!! This costs more than the product!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!

This company sent me the wrong product and wrong size shoes. Very cheap quality.. they will not issue a refund or a shipping label for their mistake! Very disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. CRAP COMPANY!!!

Advertised hey dude on website. I received some cheap knock off that are way to big and have a horrible odor.

As others stated they claim from USA but items shipped a month later from China, claiming they relocated their warehouse.

I have filed dispute with PayPal and BBB. Hoping to get my money back.

Thought I was buying Ugg slippers from a company I LasVegas but when got shipping info it said was shipped from China. Took 3 weeks to get order. When got them they are NOT genuine Uggs. Now can't get ahold of anybody to return them. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered from them back in December 2024 and still have not received my items. Still wondering if I will ever receive them. They keep emailing back it on its way, but even the tracking # doesn't give no info.

Fraudulent Advertising!!!! Terrible customer service. The "boots" I purchased do not remotely resemble the boots as advertised. They are too small and are made of a fabricated material and not leather as advertised. The very thin lining is made from cheap, matted material and not the "fur" lining as advertised. The sole on this boots is very thin without insulation and definitely not a snow or rain boot as advertised. And finaly, the boot barely comes up high enough to cover my ankle. This company refused to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
