I purchased a pair of boots on December 16, 2024 for Christmas gift. I waited over a month for the boots to come. When they arrived, I immediately reached out to tell them of the bad quality and there is an indentation on the tower of the boot. This boot has very cheap material. It’s not even a fake leather. The advertisement said it was leather, which was false advertising. I have reached out three different times via email because they do not have a phone number. And each time they tell me they have these guidelines to send pictures which I have done, and I have not received any kind of refund or return address. This is bad customer service. I do not recommend this company nor do I recommend him in their customer service.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A 1 I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THAT ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIM TO SELL LICENSED ITEMS THEY DO NOT. I PLACED AN ORDER AND WITHIN 1 HOUR I TRIED TO CANCEL (BECAUSE I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS A DUPLICATE ORDER), I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD ALREADY SHIPPED!!!!! NOT CORRECT. THEN THEY OFFERED ME 15% AND KEEP THE PRODUCT AS A "KIND GESTURE." NO THANK YOU I PAID $110 FOR A PAIR OF "UGG SLIPPERS" AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM 7 WEEKS LATER GUESS WHAT...THEY'RE NOT UGGS. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Do not, seriously DO NOT order anything from this ‘business’. I placed an order on 11/15, Christmas gift. I contacted them repeatedly, nothing. (I didn’t know until after I ordered, but they are a Chinese company) I have nothing against China. They have tons of wonderful products. But this company is awful.

Eight weeks (8 WEEKS) later, I received my order. Size does not fit. Even worse is the quality of the product. Very cheaply made.

Horrible. Didn’t realize from china. Took over a month for delivery. Wanted to return shoes and was denied because not returned before 30 days of order. And would have to pay the shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

i ordered my son the Talisman Uggs sandals on 12/17 for a xmas gift and they were JUST delivered 36 days later. They are fake and smell terrible - like toxic chemicals. No answer from the customer service. A complete waste of money.

Like other people here I ordered Ugg slippers on 12/14/24. They were supposed to ship within 2-3 days but I finally received 01/13/25 They are cheaply made fakes with a vile, strong chemical smell so bad I had to put outdoors. Cannot even email as it gets returned saying site doesn’t exist.

I bought a pair of Bradford boots—mostly because their site shows a trust pilot score of 4.8. Once j purchased the USA address from their site/email never showed up again everything was foreign. These appear that the photos were stolen from duckfeet brand and the product that showed up was a terrible terrible imitation and took over a month to arrive. This is a fraudulent and awful company and the product is not at all advertised.

I ordered the Bradford snow boot. The picture shows boot that goes up your calf with laces, I received a pair that barely came up over my ankle bone. no laces. I gave it a 1 star for the material which is nice. I waited a ling time and didn't get what I was expecting. I guess i should have been skeptical because the price was too good to be true. I'm returning them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is TOTALLY bogus! I ordered Uggs and received the WORST fake Ugg slippers ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SITE!!

Do NOT order!!! Fake products. Terrible customer service Product presented as genuine on their website, using the genuine product’s name/description, but when my order arrived it was clearly a cheap knock off that fit poorly. It also arrived well after their estimated delivery window. Further, Website claims “easy returns” — returns are anything but easy! I was finally contacted after 10 days of my requesting a return label/refund—I was told to send my product BACK TO CHINA at my expense before they would consider a refund!!! Also, after six weeks I still have NOT received a refund or a return label. THE WORST

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered shoes 12/20/24. Shoes showed in stock and company located in Canada. When order was placed an automated email arrive "order received" and gave a deliver time from of about 20 days. I requested via email to cancel the order. I received an automated email stating if I wanted to cancel order to specify why. I replied stating the deliver time was much longer than expected. I got a reply 7 days later from a Samantha with the title "customer service champion". The email stated my request had been updated. I requested numerous times via email to cancel the order as I wasn't getting any updates except automated emails that my order was being processed. On January 6 I received an email from Samantha saying the order had shipped and could't be canceled. Samantha provided a tracking number. The tracking number showed the order shipped from China on January 1, 2025. This was 10 days after my first request to cancel. This is a business that i suggest you stay away from.

Garbage company. Ordered a pair of what I thought was Uggs Tasman slippers for my wife that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Zero response from customer service other than an automated junk email. Finally arrived a month later and they are cheap Chinese knock offs. Avoid this company and save yourself the trouble. Did I mention they charged me a $10 tip on the order that I didn’t approve? Absolutely ridiculous.

The business practice is horrible. Ignores emails, do not acknowledge or honor cancellations or request for returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I requested cancellation multiple times over 10 days period before product is shipped, finally received an email reply AFTER the product is shipped. I sent daily request to return of product after it was received, and again my emails are ignored. However, they did spent the time to flagged my review. Buyer beware- they use trademarked product names but do not sell the trademarked product. There are more than a hundred complaints on BBB and many more on this platform and many others. Hundreds of unhappy purchasers that took the time to warn unsuspecting consumers. I made a mistake and lost money. Don't let yourself be a victim too. I have emails to back up if anyone is interested.
In their website - they claim they will ship similar item if item is out of stock. this will give them freedom to ship whatever they want. Returns must be be authorized, which is expected, except they ignore request so return is not possible within policy timeline. Do yourselves a favor and move on from this site.

Please do not order from this company! The products come from China, the delivery time is significantly longer than what they post on their website, they do not respond to their emails, and most importantly, my UGG slippers were knock-offs. They have no UGG logo, sized in European sizes, and didn’t come in a shoe box, but a black plastic bag.

I ordered what was advertised as uggs Tasman slippers for my son. They were supposed to have been delivered on December 20th (at least that is what they're advertising stated) They just arrived today, January 17th. They are absolutely NOT Uggs and they have a horrible smell. I will absolutely never order from this company again.

Terrible, China based scam of a company. They use the same names as all the Ugg styles and charge nearly the same amount as them. They are fake. The address on their web site is Las Vegas, but it's all shipped from China and you have to return your package to China. After three emails, they sent me their address to return the shoes with no postal code, so I couldn't get any further than that. I disputed it with credit card company and emailed them that I will happily send their fake shoes back to them if they send me a prepaid USPS label. They are thieves!!

The sandals I received was a knock off. I contacted seller but hasn’t received a response.

Fraud company!! Look at other reviews as well. I ordered a pair of Uggs Dec 15th just came in after I already asked to cancel 4 times with no answer back. When received wrong color and to top it off they are FAKE Uggs no logo etc. I charged it back on my credit card and reported them to the card brands for fake advertising total fraud. I can provide plenty of pictures to show the shoes are fake. Stay away all come from China

Ordered the boots and received it in a plastic bag, poor quality. I doubt I'll ever get a refund back from reading the other comments. I'm assuming that the 5 star reviews are being generated from them.

Mistakenly ordered sandsls for grandson, thinking they were Uggs. Our error, but cancelled within 10 min of placing ordered and never received cancellation confirmation. Company refused to communicate for 3 weeks except to inform us that ordered was being processed-with no acknowledgment of our cancellation.
