Do not buy from them! I got a T-shirt and the fabric is horrible, it's 2 sizes too small (and I ordered a size up), and it does not look like the picture. They offered me $7 back and I paid $20. Customer service is difficult. Scam! Seeing their response below, I have contacted them many times!

There's so much to choose from and I wish I knew about you before I had to buy Christmas presents. Unfortunately I couldn't buy a lot for myself but the great thing is I got most of my Christmas shopping done without all the running running around. It was easy and fast to order. I rarely order online for the simple fact I have no regular computer just a phone which is a lot harder to see.Your site is the only one that I will continuously use for myself and gifts. I only wish they're were more collections to choose from. Your prices are responsible and I would love to have a catalog to see all that you have. If you do please send me one.

I ordered the Ancient Japanese Style Wave Print Cozy Long-sleeved tunic many months ago. I contacted you when it didn't come and you referred to another order I had made for a black cat. I assumed that I had not ordered the original so I re-ordered it along with another tunic with sea turtles. Today the Japanese style tunic came. Would you please keep my orders for the sea turtles and the black cat and not send another Japanese Wave? It finally came and I don't need two. Thank you so much! Deb Ellis

Order Experience was good. Only thing that was a little frustrating was figuring out which discount code to use. I wasn’t able to locate product reviews so I am hopeful that I will be pleased with the products once I receive them. The photos are certainly beautiful.

This is a total scam! Items received looked nothing like what was ordered. Purchases were made to gift and I would never dream of giving someone anything of such poor quality. Materials and construction techniques were both lacking, sizing was off, and the “customer service” was nil. Fortunately, I used PayPal and they went after them and got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Prices were high, but you have some cool stuff. I thought I was to get a 30 percent discount on the 2nd item, and that didn't happen. Why? I went ahead and checked out anyway. You sent waaaay too many emails, but I guess they worked. :_

Would have given this company a zero if I had the option. I ordered two tops and neither looks anything like the picture. The material is cheap and they are badly made. I requested information on returning them. I paid almost $60.00 and they offered a $5.00 refund or gave me the choice of giving them to someone else. I emailed them that I simply wanted to return the order and they replied with a whopping $8.00 refund. Or I could take my chances on a return for an exchange or partial refund. That was if they received it which after dealing with this company, I would doubt they would acknowledge. PEOPLE don't order anything from them. They're crooks. Their clothes are simply awful. A huge waste of my money and if you order from them...yours as well. I'm waiting for their automated response...the same thing whenever they're given a bad review. Check it out. And DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I enjoyed the artwork images on the products and being able to order in my size. Downside was that I tried to apply discount code WKJXT2TQH751 which did not seem to work.

It was okay but when I went to the cart it had added a double order of the same thing. I only wanted one and couldn’t change it so waited a few days and came back to order anew.

Got something for everyone in my family! The sizing, order process, everything was easy and clear. I took my three Florida grandgirls to Japan last March, to meet Japanese cousins, and they now love everything Japanese.
