Item received is defective

Item received is defective. Size is correct and is beautiful.

I have asked to exchange it for non-defective item. Instead am offered the same "up to $7 refund" and keep the defective shirt or to pay to ship it China for full refund.

I want the shirt but will not keep the defective shirt nor pay more to ship it to China.

I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. They want you to believe this is an American company: it is not. It is a CHINESE company. The quality is terrible. The material is 100% polyester and the printing is quality is not good. But don't try to return because they make it very very very incon-
venient to return anything. Shop somewhere else.

This company advertises that you can return items, but it doesn't tell you that you have to send them back to China. They shipped the tee shirt I bought from California, not China. Why can't I return it to California?

ZERO STARS!!

ZERO STARS!!! This company is an internet rip-off!
I ordered a 100% cotton sweatshirt, at least that is what was advertised on their website. What I received was NOT cotton! It was stiff and scratchy and gross!
To send it back to China would cost $30, which is what I paid for it. So, they refunded me $7 to keep it! Total rip-off! They don't know their fabrics, or U.S. sizing, or they lie about it.

Don't buy from Casufit this is a fraudulent company.

I placed a review minutes after purchasing an item on Casufit.com. I was pleased with the items "available " and the ease of checking out. My order was confirmed immediately. It's now been 10 days and my order not only hasn't shipped, their indicating it's now not in stock. They can't provide a tracking number because the order hasn't been processed. With this knowledge, I asked for a refund. Because nothing has been done for my order (Because of the Chinese Spring Festival) they are now saying that I can get a refund but with a 15% percent amount taken, for "handling fees "What have they handled except for taking my money. This company is a joke. I am persuing and I am suing this company, if anyone would like retribution and justice for their mishandled experience please reach out to me, and join me in taking this company off the market. The reply is automated. If you read my post then read the reply that was given. You can clearly see that Casufit is a fraud company. There is nothing wrong with the courier. It's the fact that they take your money you wait for over 3 weeks before they process any order, they don't offer refunds, . I wouldn't doubt if this is a sweat shop, and the It's little children making up the most of this company. I'm telling you that this Casufit company is a fraud.

Returns & sizing

Everything sizes incorrectly according to their charts! I hated the polyester for the hoodie, it made it very stiff, but I was aware it was polyester when I ordered. It was too small. The top I orded was also too small and puckering at the stitching around the neck. The leggings were too big. The returns are to China and their return policy DOES NOT STATE THAT. It only says the buyer is responsible for return shipping. It is VERY MISLEADING! I always check return policy prior to purchase. With their minimal shipping charges, why would anyone think items would need to be returned to China? Please don't be fooled by this TRICKERY! This is not the customer service we are accustomed to or deserve!

Many lovely fabrics to choice from…

Many lovely fabrics to choice from depending on your theme interest. The only things I have bought are tee shirts. Most run large. My only problem has been the inconsistent fit of a given size. I bought 5 tee shirts in size XL. Three fit beautifully and two were too big for me to wear However, I have reordered.

CASUFIT SHOULD BE BANNED IN THE U.S.

Casufit is an example of the worst sort of customer theft coming from China. This company should not be allowed to operate in the U.S. They are deceitful and the product is so incredibly inferior, I couldn't believe it. They let you return the items but you must return them to China which is expensive and in no way guaranteed for receipt. They emphasize that if they don't arrive, there is nothing they can do. They are a company that is purely profit motivated and they have no sense at all of what customer service is. DON'T LET CASUFIT EXPORT CHINESE SENSIBILITIES TO THE U.S. THEY ARE BASICALLY THIEVES IN MY BOOK AND I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Find what you like.

The clothing options were extensive. I like items that are have enduring flair, unique and of a style that won’t be obsolete next year. There were several options that worked for me. I anticipate that my college age kids are going to grab them on site.

Cheap polyester sweatshirt

Cheap polyester sweatshirt! I've NEVER seen a polyester sweatshirt before & it was way too small per thier size guide. They refused to exchange unless I pay to return to to CHINA although its was shipped from CALIFORNIA not China. Bad business bad service & cheap product at a high prices for a shirt. I'm not happy!
