TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. The sweaters sent were garbage. They refuse to refund unless I pay for the return and meet "refund eligibility" criteria, which is impossible because there are no tags, labels, invoice, return address. I have initiated a fraud compliant with my credit card company and hope to get a refund that way.

1/3/25 UPDATE: I was just notified by my credit card company that they have resolved my fraud dispute in my favor and refunded me the full amount.

I received 2 "cashmere" sweaters

I received 2 "cashmere" sweaters. Not a hint of cashmere in them. Way undersized. No tags, no labels.
Cheap crap. On top of it they want me to pay return label to get my refund. Do not buy from them. All misleading advertisement...
