Exceptional experience! As someone frequently traveling for business, I'm delighted to see how attached my pet has become to the staff. It feels like my absence isn't heavily felt. The booking process is straightforward, and I completely trust their dependability.

While searching online for assistance with my cats, I stumbled upon this fantastic service. I wanted to avoid stressing them with a cattery stay. Toto Cats got back to me right away, and to my delight, they had just started serving our area a couple of weeks before. They came over to learn about my daily routine and meet the cats. Their website is detailed, covering all necessary information. Following their suggestion, I got timer cat feeders and carriers for emergencies. Everything set, I planned a two-day getaway with morning visits for feeding and litter changes. It was flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend Toto Cats; it’s a secure, affordable service that lets cats remain comfortably at home. We've been using Toto Cat Feeding for years, for cats and rabbits and always receive an excellent service. This time we were away for a week but one of our cats is not quite a year old, so we had stay and plays, which kept her amused whilst we weren't there. I try to keep off devices as much as possible whilst away but I always look forward to the daily updates & photos to reassure my pets are being looked after. Thank you!

Toto have been excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Both our elderly cat in the past (who had special food and medical needs) and now our two younger cats (who are rescues and still a bit fretful but have play needs) have been so well cared for by the team and it’s been amazing knowing they are in the best hands. The daily updates and photos are especially reassuring whilst away. The cats are happy and that means we’re happy!

Had a really positive experience with Mark from Totos Cat Feeding- he came to meet us first and was lovely, even though one of my cats was very shy and didn't come say hello. We used him this past weekend when we were away and he refilled our automatic feeders and sorted out their litter and water for them. Really pleased to have found this service and look forward to using them again in the future!

We used Simon's excellent service again last week. It was such a relief to see photos of our cats while we are on our travels. Toto are completely trustworthy, 100% reliable. The service is IN-CRE-DI-BLE. Booking is smooth and faff-free, plus if you need help the turnaround is super quick.

A completely different review should go to Sue 💓💓 what an absolute legend. She's the only one besides myself who my cats leave the comfort of their hiding premises to go say hi when the door opens.

She is careful, caring, and open in communication (even when she has to bring up the consequences of my cats' mischiefs). She totally gets the uniqueness of each cat and meets them where they are. In addition to this, I come back to a spotless home every single time.

I trust Sue and I trust Toto's blindly and it's the first time I feel I can leave my house for a couple of days without feeling worried all the time, confident that both my cat-kids and home are in the safest hands.
