Never received the item
The parcel was held by customs because of missing information. According to DPD they contacted the seller several times (which is also shown in the tracking details) to request the required information to solve this in a timely manner, which it wasn't so the item was returned to the seller.
Although I haven't received the item, I was still charged import fees for the shipment!!
This caused unnecessary delays and extra work as a customer as I had to contact DPD many times and the seller. And the work continues with challenging the import fees invoice for an item not received.
Orders outside EU should be shipped with complete documentation and customers should not be charged when delivery fails due to seller-side issues.

Worth it but trouble with tracking
Easy to assemble and the cats are happy!
The only downside was that the tracking URL didn’t work. The delivery also took a little bit longer than expected (still less then a week though), but considering the weather, I can understand why.
