For me personally, all of the training I've done with Catalyst from Green to Business Black Belt has been excellent; balanced, informative, challenging and enjoyable are all words that apply. For my organisation as a whole though, they are more than just a top tier training provider, they are a partner.

I have worked with Catalyst for over 10 years, starting with LSS Green Belt and finally achieving Business Black Belt. The training is of excellent quality, provided by professionals with extensive industry experience. More importantly, the courses are enjoyable and relevant.

I used Catalyst many years ago for my Green Belt training and fast forward a number of years when I'm ready to take my Black Belt there was only one choice for me. Several training options to suit any preference and experienced trainers that are able to support you through the whole program.

Catalyst have been brilliant throughout my learning journey, the study options available are fantastic and completely supported my exam success. Tutors are extremely experienced and excellent at explaining and making content relatable to live situations. The learning portal is one of the best I have seen, packed full of resources to aid you on your learning journey. I would highly recommend Catalyst.

Initially, we almost signed for a different company, but then Catalyst came as a recommendation and was probably THE BEST decision taken. Top notch trainers and very in-depth, yet comprehensive materials and teaching methodologies. Would I recommend ? Let's put it this way : I would recommend no other than them.

In the jungle of different Lean Six Sigma training providers, Catalyst Consulting is for sure the shiny star that you can rely on.

I started my experience with Catalyst Consulting with Advanced Green Belt Training, which I adopted to solve everyday business decisions and process improvements, leading to Black Belt training in 2024.

Everything from competence of trainers, training style, supporting online platform "BIZ", resources, exercises and documentation is "5 stars", especially when compared to other LSS training I have attended;

The courses that Catalyst Consulting delivered where very well done with lots of opportunties of interactive learning. When I could not finish my exams straight after the courses due to personal circumstances, catalyst was very supporting to help me finish all of the Business Black Belt Exams. I can only recommend this course and catalyst.

Today I finally got to complete and pass my Black Belt exams with Catalyst. The last twelve months have been challenging to say the least. Made redundant at the start of the year, having to move home and illness. So finally getting the chance to complete the Black Belt has been a huge victory for me. I must thank Catalyst and in particular Rob for sticking with me and supporting me along the way. The course was both rewarding and challenging and unlike most courses has become extremely helpful in my day to day work. When I started I hated the idea of working with minitab, now I use it almost every day. Thank you Catalyst for the opportunity and for helping me improve my skill sets. Would definitely recommend the course to anyone thinking of doing it!

I have just spent an amazing two days with Catalyst Consulting on their Strategic and Operational Improvement course with Ian Fairweather and Gillian Rhodes. Having worked in continuous improvement for the past 17years I love learning something new and getting to network with like minded people. I have completed several courses with Catalyst and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience undertaking the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training. The course was superbly delivered by the tutor Marie-Helene who constantly facilitated positive engagement with all delegates throughout.

I understand that such achievement is not possible without having the best tutors on board these courses who were able to simplify sometimes complex matters and extend their full knowledge & patience.

Although we underwent virtual classes, yet the organization managed to create a candid team atmosphere and exchanged/extract various fields of experience in order to direct such virtual courses towards a successful achievement, in my opinion.

Saying all this, I do recommend similar courses to anyone who aspire to move forward in his/her career.

I have completed Lean Six Sigma Black belt training with Catalyst Consulting, this has not been a walk in the park, however the training was great with lots of breaks and good explanations of complicated subjects, its a while since I was at school so the trainer and the group I had made the training feel more manageable. Lots of support, help and advise and even after the training was complete the support was always available. It was a lot of hard work but worth it in the end.

Had 6 days Adv Green Belt Training over the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say it was fantastic, a lot of content and insight provided, really clear and informative delivery, plenty of breaks as some of the theory is tough going! Had a great and interactive group too, which made it even better as a training experience!

The Agile Fundamentals course was such an interesting and insightful way to spend two days! The course trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and was inclusive of the group’s needs. I found the experiential learning method of delivering the course really helped me to consolidate the ideas and techniques we were learning about and practising. The trainer’s experience allowed for a flexible approach to the course delivery, adapting to the group and flow of discussion but still covering all the course material in good time. Overall, a very useful course delivered by lovely people!

The instructor understood the material very deeply, having both a solid understanding of the concepts and loads of practical experience using them in different environments. She was also a good instructor, able to explain the concept effectively and answer my many, many questions (because questions is how I roll!). The instructor was also just a lovely human being to spend 80 hours with. When I followed up a year later to get help applying for PMP PDUs, I had everything I needed in less than 24 hours despite a significant time zone difference.

In December 2022 I completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training programme with Catalyst Consulting. I must say, that the training days (6 days) were really enjoyable, engaging and interactive and that the trainer (Gillian) was well prepared and explained the core Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodology and concepts in a way which was helpful, at the right delivery pace and in a way which was easily understood by training participants. Helpful use of group working and collaborative activites, with case studies and examples of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Other learning materials such as course textbooks, powerpoints and online resources were used throughout the training. Excellent training programme, thank you!

I have just completed the theory exam process for the Business Black Belt, and throughout the virtual training and exam moderation, Catalyst has been extremely engaging and supportive.

The virtual training was high quality and enjoyable, with plenty of participation encouraged, and the online resources was very helpful, especially when taking exams some weeks post training.

For a busy work life, I can't recommend the virtual option more, as with every module of the course, trainers were more than willing to do follow up sessions for those struggling with aspects of the course.

I'm now into the practical phase, and will utilise all the support Catalyst provides, as I feel more than comfortable that this is part of their value add!

I have now completed 2 programmes through Catalyst (Green Belt and Business Black belt). I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, we were well supported, and had great and exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced and approachable trainers for a subject that otherwise could have been very dry! A big shout out to Charmaine and Carolyn in the office team as well for their superb level of support and customer experience along the way as well.
Documentation is provided and for us was provided in advance and extremely useful to have from the very first day.

I’ve been fortunate to work with Catalyst over a number of years, jobs and babies! The training is first class - faultless, all trainers are expert, thoughtful, informed, relevant and considerate. Feedback provided is acted on by Catalyst and they have a pragmatic approach to learning which is so useful when juggling it alongside work and life.
