I have been trying to withdraw to my wallet and it’s been in under review since 10/7 and it’s 11/12 now. Try to send message to customer service and no response. I haven’t received anything as to why it’s still under review or any messages.

Employee stole the crypto

This is an absolute criminal organization. I bought some HBAR years ago because it was the only place in Canada I could find that offered HBAR. These criminals have locked my wallet (saying they are under maintenance and appreciate my patience). Meanwhile, i cannot transfer my HBAR anywhere. With crypto prices fluctuating huge amounts on a daily basis this is unacceptable. There is also no way to contact them. They also forced me submit tons of personal info just to get into my account (which i created 3 years ago). They totally violated my privacy by asking more information than any bank has ever asked. They have over a $1000 of mine locked up and I seem to have no recourse to get my money. Stay away from them... they are criminals.

So to everyone reading this it is very disappointing to see all our crypto assets disappear.

I wanted to transfer funds from my Catalyx wallet on the 9th of december 2023. As of today 6th january 2024, the transfer is still pending.

When I try to reach customer care i always get an automated reply e-mail. There is no way to talk to customer service. All I have to go on are the small announcement made on the website. But since my transfer has been submitted several weeks before said annoucement date I really don't understand what is happening.

Customer service is non existant. And now the company under investigation. I guess i can say goodbye to my assets. Do not waste your time and money with this fraudulent company.

Worst exchange in Canada. By far. Withdrawals take weeks, if ever, to arrive. They simply do not control the crypto, YOUR crypto, and rely on a non-Canadian crypto firm to handle the transfers, evidently. A non-Canadian crypto firm that is apparently bankrupt. I am sorry if you have crypto stuck on this hell hole of an exchange. If you do you need to file a complaint with the Alberta Securities Commission NOW, if you want to ever see your crypto again. They're dead, gone, extinct.

Customer support is gone. Its a 404 page not found on their site. Their people are gone, they're gone, the crypto is gone. Canada's very own FTX scandal.

Good luck peeps. This is exactly why you should NEVER KEEP FUNDS ON EXCHANGE! Here one day, packed up and gone the next.

Good luck to everyone still waiting weeks/months for their funds. There still is hope though. Even QuadrigaCX eventually paid back it's customers, albeit 13 cents on the dollar 5 years later.

You cannot sell your crypto or withdraw to an external wallet. Customer Services is not saying anything. Like they don't have the actual crypto on the exchange and they fudged the books. If you are not a customer, then make a hard pass on Catalyx. Are they the next FTX or QuadrigaCX???

This isnt even an exchange its just a scam. They only delist. Say its based on regulation buts its just a way to seize funds and charge a $500 fee to get them back.

Bittrex made a huge mistake going with this company, its just a crime front. They are basically here to steal you coins and assets and will delist until nothing is left and they can keep the coins. Don't go near it. Other companies delist but allow you to only send out assets, this company just seize it and charge a $500 fee if you want it recovered.

It was only set up to absorb all the Bittrex clients coins who didn't get around to withdrawing their coins as they constantly delist. Someone should submit an enquiry to see if they are actually even certified and start an investigation into their practices.

I tried to withdraw certain assets on closing day. Support ghosted and they then came out months later with a recovery fee.

This company is a complete scam. Delisting coins that other real exchanges are actually adding. Ignore their responses. Just here to steal your money.

dont deposit any crypto or fiat there i cant withdraw my eth and btc. No support, no news nothing.

I have been trying to communicate with catalyx and there has been no response from support in over a week, I'm not sure if the company is still in business, but I have had my tether delisted and trying to retrieve it, but support is not available. They have also disabled deposits since November 24th and still disabled as we speak. For a company who is serious about staying in business, would have brought deposits back online over the weekend ... I have a bad feeling about this company and the future of my money on the exchange platform .. Disappointing.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced. Unfortunately, the customer support seems to be unresponsive, and my bitcoin transaction has been pending for over 27 hours without any communication from the support team. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter.

They are thieves,
they delisted 4 of the coins I had there (I was just there because I was forced to migrate them)

And they keep the coins !
They said I was supposed to do it when they sent email, no recovery possible, they just steal your coins

Hello Catalyx Customer Service,

My password is not working. As per Catalyx procedure I click forget password and after that they ask me 6 digit code from Authenticator app. I enter the 6-digit code from the Authenticator app. After putting the 6 Digit code. They do not accept the code and give error. I tried several times from last 7 days.

Invalid Account Verification, Please, contact Catalyx customer service.

I realize that this is deliberately locked by Catalyx exchange and regardless of several emails to Catalyx customer service they intentionally blocked my account and because of this I am not able to provide the information to Catalyx exchange for assessment to re-verify the personal information for my account. I have all the emails record which I requested Catalyx Customer Service to unlock my account.

I would like to request Catalyx Exchage again to help me to login my account in order to complete account requirement.

Verification every 3months !!!! I have opened accounts on other platform 5years now..no constant verification.
This platform is full of you..know what.

Btw there customercare crafted response does not translate to improvement...

One day, when you are trying to login to your account you receive:
"Something went wrong. Please contact customer support"
From my experience, "Something went wrong" has to be their slogan.

Just big steaming pile of... you know what.
Be prepared to verify your identity every week. Because their systems totally screwed. Not to mention that support reply takes about 2 weeks.

Tried it only because my account got move here from Bittrex. Time to find another place.

I only started using the site yesterday and I already had enough BS happening to make up my mind that today will the last day that I'll be using this exchange.
The deposit and withdrawals take forever.
Their support is next to NO support!!
All in all, Catalyx sucks pretty bad!!

USD$79 fee to transfer USDT... you have got to be kidding me. Daylight robbery! It doesn't tell you this anywhere on the website...

This company partners with a Facebook group Canadacypto, a gentleman Bill Eh who runs this promotion on the group.

I beleive there is a conflict of interest due to behaviour of his admiring, and spamming on his users.

Pushing bad product onto unknowing users.

The buying experience is awful. I could watch my limit buy order in the book and it was entered at a price lower than my actual limit. The fees are bad enough and my order would keep going unfilled even if the selling history showed that it should have.

Then they freeze your wallet "Under Maintenance" with no explanation or ETA. My Crypto is still stuck there and the customer service is your typical negative experience of canned non-answers.

Avoid unless you like having your Crypo held hostage.

I did my research before choosing this platform as it showed a lot of promise and ease of use - had read nothing but good things. But at no point was I expecting such a bad and rude customer service experience!! In short, extremely disappointed at their level of care and commitment to resolve when running into issues.
