jony Morton was excellent, the booking procedure could not fault, my problems started when I tried to access the client area for payment and entering passenger names. although using user names and passwords provided I could not access the webb site, trying over an hour or so the one evening, having to phone next day, being emailed new passwords which were the same as originally given and then trying again without success, I eventually had to make payment by phone and the kind lady entered my passenger details for me after sending them by email to her. Need to sort this out if I am to book through yourselves again.

We have booked our skiing holiday through interactive ski for the past few years and haven't looked back.
We have booked with Jonny each time, who is extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick a great chalet and resort. We have never been disappointed with our holidays to date.
Even when we have had a problem with people in our group no longer being able to come, Jonny has a no fuss attitude and nothing seems a problem.
We wouldn't deal with or go anywhere else!

Susannah was brilliant
Proving me lots of options with suitable accommodation for two children and a location that has historically good snow in April (we are going late in the season due to Easter holidays)
Our party numbers changed not once, but twice but Susannah happily re-quoted and looked at different options for us both times
Susannah was polite, understanding and a cheery voice on the end of the phone - and kept me up to date at all times
Even post booking supporting with Ski Lesson / Ski school recommendations and equipment hire

A huge thanks to Claire Gardner at Catered Ski Chalets for arranging our group ski holiday to Lech for this coming season. Claire was great at looking into lots of options to accommodate our list of requirements and really made the whole process as hassle free as possible for me as group leader. The convenience of being able to book flights, transfers and accommodation in one go, whilst still having the personal level of service Catered Ski Chalets provides is great. This is the second time I have booked a group holiday with them and will always be my first choice in the future. I would recommend Catered Ski Chalets to anyone hitting the slopes this season.

We have never skied in Europe and we simply didn't know where to start. Anna was invaluable in assisting us to find our perfect location and style of accommodation within our budget. We have skiers, non skiers, young children and older children and she supported me to understand to pros and cons of different locations. It took us about 4 weeks of email exchange, me changing parameters, looking at maps, reading reviews and Anna continually responding and adapting to find what we hope is our perfect European ski holiday. The support since we confirmed our booking has also been fast and professional.

Cassia made everything so easy to book. I had several requests and kept asking additional questions. Her replies were prompt and informative and she was able to offer me something that fitted each new criteria I came up with!!

I across Catered ski chalets whilst looking for accommodation for my group on our 2017 ski trip to La Rossier France. I spoke to Louisa Rankin who was on the case very quickly & efficiently.

When looking for a ski holiday to suit the needs of 20 people it can be hard work! However, on sending an email enquiry to Catered Ski Chalets that all changed. I was contacted by one of their representatives Elly Boshell.

Elly listened to exactly what I needed and only provided me with Chalet information relevant to what I was looking for, Elly answered all my (and the rest of my groups!) questions without hesitation and when she did not know the answer she contacted the Chalet/Resort direct to find out.

Elly found us the perfect Chalet for our needs and made the booking process smooth. We are now all looking forward to our ski holiday in Feb 2017!

I felt compelled to write a very positive review about Robyn Fox. I was looking for a last minute catered ski chalet holiday in March 2016. Robyn was extremely helpful, patient and professional with her assistance in locating and helping me through booking the deal that I was looking for. I called her several times before I was able to commit to the price, trying to chase all members of my party to commit to the price quoted. I have nothing but the highest regard for her professionalism and guidance. What a really pleasant person to speak to too. She is a true ambassador to her company.

Looking for a group ski holiday I tried several companies before speaking to Andy Gilmour. That was it, I needed look no further. Having taken details of my requirements he got back to me very quickly with what I thought was an exceptional deal. I practically snapped his hand off.

We have now returned from the holiday and everything I'd sought, including special requests and one or two late changes, was as booked and expected. BRILLIANT

Already have in mind a destination and accommodation for next year.

Harry Nixon was exceptional in that he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. It was a group booking so the requirements did change and Harry was patient and determined to get me the holiday specifications I needed to go ahead. He keep looking for the near impossible and got it and actually exceeded my expectations as we did have to make some compromise. Excellent all round service and a very supported and determined Harry to help us get it right

I approached Harry Dixon last year to arrange a skiing holiday, however, due to personal circumstances I couldn't. He left a strong lasting impression and called in 8 months later to help me again. I have to say EXCELLENT SERVICE. Found me an excellent holiday, good deal, personable approach, always got back to me in minutes and spoke to be immediately. I will only be using this gentlemen when recommending somebody to book a ski holiday or booking one personally again. Thank you!

Overall the service I received was excellent. From chatting online on the websites to speaking on the phone or general email Cassia Roberts was extremely helpful. She understood what I was looking for and was able to provide a number of options for me. She was always available on the phone, even logging back into her system on one occasion when she was about to leave for the day. Normally I book through crystal but this year we wanted to try something a bit different and I would recommend using Interactive resorts. Especially if you are looking to book a trip not using one of the main ski operators like Crystal.

The website was easy enough to find after searching large group ski holidays and I was booking for initially a large group of up to 20 or so at one point. As with all group holidays we had a few drop out and ended up with 17 people s were going back and fourth to our contact with revised search options, including location changes.

Our contact at Interactive Resorts was Andy Gilmour, who has been absolutely fantastic and brilliant with providing us with options despite our forever changing requests. In the end we found a great chalet with everything that we wanted and had asked for. The communication before and after our booking from Andy has been absolutely brilliant and what a lovely chap too! Andy offered personal suggestions and recommendations having gone to many of the places himself - very helpful!

I would absolutely recommend Interactive Resorts to anyone looking to book a ski/snowboarding holiday for sure! All in all, a very smooth and seamless process and will be looking to book with them again for our next holiday.

Anna was very good at understanding exactly what we wanted from the holiday, as we wanted to fly from different places and helped us decided what rooms we wanted. The package was logically laid out so i could clearly see what we had included so if we needed to we could change accordingly. Fully recommend to anyone, competitive prices and great customer service.
