I confirmed our booking for a ski holiday next February earlier today and can report everything went smoothly, and was handled very professionally by Matt, on behalf of Catered Ski Chalets. After a couple of emails and a phone call all my questions were answered, and I was impressed with the way the job was handled. I would certainly recommend using this company, and would like to thank Matt again for his assistance.

I came across the company after hours of searching and sending off enquiries. I was booking for a large group and it was tough to find somewhere suitable and within price range. Will from catered chalets called me and was super helpful. He found me loads of great options, gave me advice and stayed in touch regularly. We changed our minds a few times and this wasn’t a problem for Will, he kept searching and found us something perfect. He even managed to negotiate half price transfers for us. I highly recommend!

Will Coleman has been amazing. From the minute he answered the phone he was helpful and polite and asked all the right questions to be able to ascertain what we were looking for. Great service from Georgia, the whole experience was simple from start to finish. She took on board what the 6 of us were looking for and came up with some great options. Easy payment system too. Will definitely use again!

Had not heard of Interactive Resorts before coming across them on a broad online search. Quickly 'Googled' them to find that they had decent reviews so thought I would give them a go as I was finding it hard to source a holiday based upon my requirements.

As soon as I made contact, a very professional and 'happy to help' Georgia responded. I was looking for a small catered chalet for myself, my wife and my son (whom has not been skiing before). All of my requirements were taken on-board and very quickly options were put to me. After many more requirement changes and confirmation on details we landed on the right one. It was booked with great ease with all 'paperwork' being completed online. I could not be happier !!.

Georgia even helped me source ski lessons for my son. Again options were given to me on what was available. The one that I favoured was not responding. I asked Georgia again for help. She did not need to do this for me as Interactive were not benefitting in any way. However, she tracked down the company (small family run affair) via Instagram and they responded to me within a day !!. Totally over and above what they needed to do but it was never seen as an imposition to them. She even followed up with me to see if I had managed to source lessons. What a star !!.

Would I use Interactive again, based upon my one and only experience to date this would be an absolute YES !! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Georgia you were great and deserve a pat on the back !!
