Ordered a £545 chair and they lied about availability

Ordered a £545 Order a £545 chair on 28/11/25, checked with customer service to be sure it could be delivered and in stock, was assured it would be delivered 2/3 weeks on 19/12/25.
Checked today and they cannot deliver out of stock untill february 2026.
I actually had this info from a previous supplier, but was told by catering appliances uk sales they have contacted the supplier and you will get your item on the 19/12/25
