Fast delivery and very happy with purchase.

Ordered and purchased item on 4th Feb it still has not arrived and I have had no response to emails or phone messages requesting refund. Very poor customer service.

Well packed, arrived promptly and great quality product.

Absolutely terrible product mattress protector, arrived damaged that was bad enough, then won’t provide return label for refund, emails stopped no communication. Never again be warned . Service is worse than the product

The shopping and delivery experience was excellent. I thought the 13.20 tip was excessive and I have no idea what the extra6.60 additional charge was. Too pricey for me.

Great service quick and efficient, just a little annoyed that the date runs out in less the month o have brought from other companies that give a year shelf life on the butters. Won’t be order from here again as I think that is a cheat.

Bought a 12 pack of glass pepsi max bottles for my daughter for Christmas she had asked for her own pepsi max instead of sharing it with the rest of the house hold. It arrived really quick and she was thrilled one of her favourite pressies!! 😀

The boxes they were delivered in were a little flimsy but the containers were intact.

This order is my first with Catering Packs, and I have to say the experience was easy and fast.
Goods arrived quickly and were packed well, exactly what I ordered.

We will be using them in the village hall. Much more hygienic than washing and reusing China cups

I placed an order on 18th December, due to be delivered between 24-29 Dec. Nothing and no communication from them. Turned out the courier had wrong address. Neither them nor DX Express bothered to contact me. After few rebooking with the courier, I am still waiting as of 6th Jan. No help or support from Catering Packs in resolving this apart from a pathetic email. Won't buy from them again. Awful. As for the couriers, behaviour beggars belief. I thought Hermes were bad, I found worse.
