I have bought the boot more them 20 days ago and I send a message to the customer service now they say the package have been lost in the shipping and they wanna give 40% refund back and I even haved pay for the shipping as well .dont try this site its fake news

Shoes never arrived after 3 months. Tried to contact the service and no response. This company is a complete scam that stole my money. Avoid!!

I cant stand my 239d skid steer. You can't get filters or fluid anywhere except cat . It's really inconvenient!!! No one carries sae10 hydraulic fluid . You have to order everything on line and have it shipped to you . I dont recommend buying a caterpillar anything !!!!!

I just love cat hex trainers. They look great, very light, and extremely durable. After a few thousand kilometers (literally) they still look better than average trainers after just 100km!
Don't even try to stop producing them.

Absolutely useless company! I ordered one size and they sent a completely wrong one. By the time I received it, they were completely out of stock and I have to walk half a mile to the nearest despatch point!

They were unable to offer an alternative too and the person I spoke to was hopeless - I had to check whether there was stock!

I have ordered a shoe online and as per their statement the shoe was supposed to be delivered to my address in Edinburgh within 5 days, then I contacted the customer service after 10 they confirmed that it will be delivered on 17 Feb and then again after 17 Feb they confirmed the delivery to be on 20 Feb and today I tracked the order and again it showed the delivery is on 24 February I am trying to reach them over phone but failed...

This is really frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Received shoes which are certainly not true to size, the shoes came from the main retailer with no invoice, receipt or returns slip provided, absolutely no address details online on where to send back. Needless to say you foot the bill for the return, however when I started the returns process the weblink failed. I contacted their customer service department who said the returns page was not working and she would get back to me with the details, I haven’t heard anything since.
I have also emailed and haven’t had a response, with no return address online to send back via Royal Mail.
Terrible service from an established, supposedly reputable company. AVOID!

Company is dominating so many niches, including unusual ones. However, for me, company is great for being the best in the boots niche - I wear them and I can swear that it's the best boots I've ever bought.

I assume it's one of the greatest company for many niches and especially boots and some fixed amount of some negative reviews will not show real deal with them anyway. I hope I am right about my point of view anyway. If you disagree left more recent feedback!

Well done Tony Fassiano for cancelling employee survey. What were you afraid of? You say you are going to ask the right questions. Right questions for who? shocking and demotivating for most employees who care.
