The picture quality of the DVDs is not very good. The DVDs are also only able to play in some DVD players and PC programs, whereas other new DVDs play in all DVD players including old ones, and all programs. I find it interesting that if the excuse is that the DVD is filmed in HD, why does the picture look terrible compared to others even when played in a new player, and on a PC? If you receive a faulty DVD they will blame it on your player, even if your player is brand new. So it's either your settings or your player, never their faulty DVD. So if you receive a dud, tough luck.
