I ordered a large Divine Mercy statue on the 13th Feb and received an email on the 15th Feb confirming it has shipped. I waited for a week and no update about the shipment came. It was only when I emailed the company on the 23rd Feb I learned that the item was on back order and has not shipped yet (contrary to the shipment email confirmation they sent me). So if I did not inquire, the company will probably let you wait for weeks without notifying you. This should not have happened if the info on their website is accurate and up to date, to inform buyers that an item is out of stock and is on back order, so they can decide wheter to proceed with the purchase or not, to wait or not to wait for an item. However, the customer service person I talked to over the phone was nice, she helped me cancel the order. Thanks for your assistance.

Item was cute but made in China. Packaging was terrible. Box inside of mailing envelope was crushed. Thank goodness item was not broken because it was a gift. Box could not be used for wrapping.

My Mother and my little brother recently both died on Jan 4th 2021 within hours of each other and had my older brother in hospital still fighting to get better so with all that happening and me and sisters not being prepared for this situation that has occurred we didn't know what was to be expected when making final plans so after talking to a funeral director and hearing and seeing the cost of some things an outside person told us that we could purchase our own items and save us a little on costs so I was in search of a certain rosary for my mom she needed a new one because hers was very tarnished and so your company had come up in the search with the most perfect beautiful rosary I couldn't resist from buying I would definitely recommend your company to others your site was easy to use selection and pricing was great purchase check out or order completion and confirmation of purchase was easy and delivery was excellent I thought I was going to have to wait weeks but it was here in a matter of days

I received a children’s bible with several missing pages. I’ve emailed customer service with no response.

The customer service is great. However, I placed an order on Feb. 5th, received word on February 18 that one of the items is no longer available and have yet to receive the second item I ordered. Update: the second item arrived the day following the posting of this review. It had been shipped USPS and they have been experiencing significant delays in processing and delivering mail.

My order was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!
