SCAM! Do not buy from them

I ordered a pair of adidas womens running shoes from cathycena.com in February 2020. It took them some time to confirm the order but my package finally arrived on the 17/2/2020. To my disappointment it was a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses ( which I do not believe are the genuine article). I contacted the company to advised that I did not order the sunglasses but a pair of shoes. They apologised and advised that there was a mix up in the order and that they would re-ship my shoes and in order to speed up the process I could keep the sunglasses. Then 2 weeks later they wrote to me to advise that they no longer have the shoes and offered alternative products to lesser value (because they let me keep the sunglasses). I did not like any of the shoes they offered (they were ugly and looked really cheap) so I told them that I would return the sunglasses for a full refund. They refused to let me return the glasses and offered my a 30% refund of what I paid for the shoes. I refused and told them that I wanted 100% refund as I felt that this was a scam and that they did not have the shoes in the first place and that I did not need a another pair of sunglasses (Personally I don't like the sunglasses as they are not my style). They then agreed to give me a full refund but still would not let me return the sunglasses. This was back in March and I am still waiting for the refund. I followed up with them nearly 2 weeks ago but I have not received a response to date. I will now be escalating this matter to the relevant departments as I don't think I will get a resolution.
