I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone that tryly care about their cats.
I had to rent out a cat sitter last minute while away and found this website that first inspired me confidence thanks to their charts of confidence : visit between 20 to 30 minutes, feeding, watering, playing with the cat (the basics) and pictures sent at each visits.
During the three days the cat sitter came to ours, none of those rules were respected. Visits never lasts barely reached 10 minutes; first visit, no play time with the cat so I had to expressely request it for the next visit; however on the third and last visit the cat sitter barealy stayed 5 minutes, didnt play and didn't even send us pictures.
The matter has been raised to the website (one month ago) and they still haven't done any actions.

I’ve used catinaflat twice and both times they’ve delivered perfectly. The platform is well laid out, easy to use, and just works on phone or computer.

They sort everything out and don’t take the money until the day before you’ve booked. They send occasional emails which are chatty and informative and keep them in your recents so if you need them suddenly they’re there.

You don’t feel you’re being sold to and their fees seem very reasonable.

And most importantly my cat loved the guy who cat-sat him who was and is great and I’ll use the platform and book him to make sure everyone gets their fair share of revenue.

We've found a really trustworthy cat sitter through the website. She's looked after our cats twice now and we're very happy. There were lots of cat sitters to choose from. The website made it very easy to find someone close to where we live. The profiles and reviews helped to reassure us that the cat sitter was reliable.

I have used Cat in a Flat many times, and I have found some really good cat sitters, my cats prefer to stay at home rather than going to Cattery, Cat in a Flat has been a game changer. The app is really easy to use and communication with your sitter straightforward.

The app is easy to use, the information - like whether or not a sitter can give pills to your cat - is really helpful when you have a cat with special needs, and I've never been let down by a single sitter I've used. They've always been reliable and interacted really well with the cat from their intro visit.

I have a lovely young lady (Amy) who looks after my two senior cats... she doesn't just feed and poop scoop she sits with them for a while and I get regular updates and photos... its so easy to do and there is a wide variety of people who can look after your cats... payment is only taken one day before you travel... .my mind is completely at ease when I go away... and so reliable...

I was a bit unsure about getting someone I didn't know as a cat sitter, but the sitter I found through this site was great! She followed instructions, spent lots of time befriending my cat, and sent me videos and photos so I knew my cat was happy and well whilst I was on holiday.
