Tracking system is terrible and you're left in the dark
The product was wonderful, but the tracking of the shipping was horrible. It took months to receive my order, which was understandable for time to make the product and then to ship to the US, but the emails I was supposed to be getting never came and the shipping updates were very minimal and WEEKS or DAYS behind.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I think our emails must have been going to your junk as we emailed you several times in January. The UK international postal service was out of service from 7th January until early Feb following a cyber attack. We therefore wanted to give you a free upgrade to DHL courier delivery but needed a phone number from you in order to book the courier. As we didn't hear back from you, we had to wait until Royal Mail started international services again in Feb. I'm so sorry that this effected you and that we weren't able to get in touch and resolve it for you with a DHL expedited service.
