My favourite stockist for cat stuff
No more knocking over my cat's water bowl!! Multiple people have seen the fountain and bought one for their own cat/dog. The liquid snacks are great too - like liquid crack to her - such a perfect treat for her that doesn't leave crumbs everywhere. Discovered you originally in the US but so happy you have stockists in the UK

Fantastic Products, they seem to know and love cats!
I love the Catit products, as do my cats.
We have lots of Catit toys and recently bought their creamy treat which my cats absolutely love
My only complaint is that they seem to be out of stock a lot (but this could be Covid so I have not marked them down). Wish they had a mechanism to let you know when a product is back in stock

Customer service non existence
Recap. Bought a fountain in February. Was fine until a month ago. Only a trickle. Filters changed every other week and whole fountain cleaned every other day. 2 emails sent and NO reply. Not impressed. Will look elsewhere for a fountain as my cat is diabetic and needs constant fresh filtered water.

Unfortunately due to home working and a change in our systems there are a few isolated cases where emails have been missed and it looks like this may be one of those cases. Again, we will do what we can to resolve this.
In the meantime, it sounds like the impeller in the pump may need to be cleaned - I know you have said you've cleaned the unit but it's important that the impeller is removed and cleaned every few months if you haven't tried this already. I had not one problem with my order!
I had not one problem with my order!! It was great! My problem is the girls don't want to play with their Catit Circuits unless I sit and play with them. But they also have a sky walk to compete with. They are up there all the time!! In the winter the porch is closed off so they will learn what fun their Circuit is!! I like it a lot!!

recommend for long distance travel
Received my order next day, very quick delivery.
Catit Cat Carrier Cherry and Red
Took some time putting it together as it came flat packed and it was fiddly trying to align everything so that it “snapped” or “clicked” with the locks. Plastic seemed a bit flimsy and bendy too which was worrying.
Once all together it seems fairly sturdy although I have to say I would be concerned if this was ever dropped whilst holding with the cat inside as the whole thing would come apart.
Great for double access. Access from the top for cats who are difficult to get into a carrier but again this would be very fiddly to align everything again to lock from the top. I will probably use front door access as easier to lock.
Great “drip moat” around the base for any accidents and well ventilated. Unfortunately the holes are not big enough to stick your finger through as with other carriers to offer your kitty reassurance.
I would definitely recommend this as a long distance travel carrier but perhaps not for a quick trip to the vet. Lovely little food and water trays too.
Had no trouble getting my cat into the carrier but he is an incredibly docile cat anyway. Nice big window for him to look out of at the front.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Cats picked up how to use it pretty quickly. Tried it with catit treats, biscuits and their favourite toys to keep them amused. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because they have managed to pull it over a couple of times. Not sure there is anything that can be done about that though as base seems wide enough. Would definitely recommend.
