Wedding flowers didn’t arrive
I would avoid this business like the plague if possible. At first communication with Louise seemed alright after submitting an enquiry over a year before my planned wedding date but as the time grew closer to my big day communication was extremely limited ; like getting blood from a stone if I’m honest. I got my final invoice a few days before my wedding (honestly that should’ve been a red flag) and once I sent my final payment I heard nothing back. I’ve reached out in several different ways to try and speak with Louise but I’ve been ignored at every turn. My wedding day has been and gone and I still don’t have any flowers or even an apology.
