Terrible company

Terrible company. I did not know it was a subscription. My cat vomited it back up. I then recived an email to say more was on its way. the website has no cancel subscription page that works. The trust pilot review score on their advertising is a lie. I phoned up my bank to request cancellation of payment.

Fraudulent company

A disreputable company selling a substance they call pure taurine for felines which made my cat very ill. She suffered from violent sickness shortly after eating this questionable substance.
The product was shipped from China - this was not mentioned at all in the description and is extremely misleading.
I also noticed that Catlyst had set up auto subscription which I did not consent to.
I believe this company is fraudulent and could be selling toxic substances under the guise of pure feline taurine to reel unsuspecting cat owners into to buying their product.

Not UK Company and Taurine Made My Cat Ill

I ordered Catlyst taurine online and thought it was coming from a reputable UK company. It was advertised as coming with various freebies, such as a grooming brush of soft silicone, an e-book and large scoop. The pictures of the product showed the Catlyst brand name and a happy cartoon cat. What arrived, after some delay and from China was branded "Kittysupps" with completely different label colouring and a grumpy-looking cartoon cat. The free brush was hard, plastic and not suitable for cat grooming , the ebook link never arrived and there was no scoop.
What really upset me was that the alleged Taurine made my cat ill. I tried her on it the first day and she was very poorly the next. She was quiet, miserable and off her food. Just in case it was a coincidence, I waited a few days before giving her a second dose and the same thing happened. She still is not quite right after a month.
Given her reaction, I do not believe this is feline Taurine at all.
I emailed the company who go under the name of Rosie Pet Shop on the sales invoice, as well as Catlyst on emails. They offered 20% refund and to keep the product or asked me to wait until I hear back from the "appropriate department" for the next steps under their 60 day refund policy. I'm still waiting.
Buyers are obliged to pay return costs to China! Three tubs plus the extras will cost nearly £20 to return.
What a con and a rip-off. I'm £44.85 down.
Do not buy Catlyst Taurine from Catlyst.co.uk.
