Excellent service!!! I contacted Catman yesterday for a quote on a catalytic converter, they responded back with a quote. I completed the order this morning and it arrived this afternoon!!! 5 star service. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service. After having my catalytic converter stolen from my Nissan Interstar, I contacted Catman. The replacement arrived exactly when promised, but unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong part.

With no help from Nissan in identifying the correct part or even my engine number, Mike stepped in and quickly found what I needed. In under 13 hours, I had the correct catalytic converter in my hands.

10/10 — wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I contacted Catman through their website in late December 2024 over a rear cat for an X Type Jaguar 3ltr AWD and being on the other side of the world, a difficult part to get at a reasonable price and timeframe. Mike made direct contact, explained the product he had and dispatched it straight away. A genuine article and a great price and terrific service. What can I say?...perfect transaction from start to finish, after speaking with the very knowledgeable owner, my Mitsubishi PHEV outlander exhaust arrived in brand new perfect condition, was the correct one and was less than half the price of others selling second hand ones!. Very happy indeed 😁

Unnecessary is the apt word. I being the innocent customer was given 15 days of uncertainty by UPS and Customs and Border Protection. NOBODY could tell me what the problem was. UPS said the package was stuck at Standford-Le-Hope awaiting clearance/release. Customs said it was stuck with UPS. Who to believe? Having said that the package ARRIVED on 12 September. HURRAY.

The way it was all boxed up was excellent. The part was not broken etc. Not even a scratch. The quality of the part appears to be very, very good. Well done to the Polish manufacturers/supplies of this part. It is very good.

Just had a local Garage fit a Catylictic Convertor which I bought off the Catman months ago. I bought off Him initially because He was less than half the price of What was available on the Market and they were all in Germany. I have a Nissan Cube z12 kaizen. The Car sounds so much quieter now than before fitting although I have to say here that I had both O2 sensors changed at same time. Car has done close on 124,000 miles so it was definitely time. Definitely recommend the Catman from my own experience dealing with Him

Thank you so much for your excellent service. My 1998 BMW Z3 was having trouble getting through the MOT CO emissions test.
Doing all the usual work, it still failed 3 retests. So I ordered a cat for it from Catman (in Southampton) on Monday lunchtime. On Wednesday morning the courier delivered it to me, north of Inverness, 650 miles away. It was good quality, fitted perfectly, and the car passed the test straight away.

I have used Catman at least three times now. Their prices are very competitive compared to much bigger parts distributors. Delivery is always next day and the products have always been as good as expected.

Be aware of this company paid £288 for exhaust arrived parts missing. Was told by Mike he would order another part it would take 10 days. 11 days had to contact to be told he would chase it up. No reply till I emailed again was told had to re order again should arrive this week. Ive now received part refund and have to return for rest of refund. Happy to take your money stock should be checked someone not doing their job!!! Thanks for reply but I stated in email if it didn’t arrive by Friday I would like refund. You refunded me without even waiting which hasn’t gone into my bank yet. I did state wait till Friday!!!

Beware of catalyst products, they last between 1 to 2 years. The warranty is 1 year, I will explain how do I got to this conclusion.
In December 2 years ago, I have purchased a catalyst and used my car less next to 0 because of the pandemic.
After 9 month I went to MOT which passed without any issues (still it was almost like new).
Now, after 1y and 9 month, it is failing MOT and when reached to the seller he said first that it is because I did not use it enough, after that the the engine might misfiring, whatever I ask it is my car's fault, not the poor quality of the catalyst.
Just to emphasise that the previous catalyst (which was stolen) worked fine for 11 years with the car being used less, more, misfiring engine (which I did not have).
So, you draw the conclusion if you want to buy catalysts from this company.
The rest of the parts purchased were/are fine and working without any issues and Mike replied to all of my messages without any delay.

These guys saved my bacon today I needed an exhaust no where had it in stock inc the big supply and fit chains these guys had it on the shelf and even talked me through the details to make sure I got the right part for my fitment great service great customer service and a great price too I highly recomend

Brought a cat converter for Ford Transit
It snap and broke off from the manifold joint after 11ths .
Try to claim on the one year warranty
Just kept makimg excuses none in stock.
Now he doesn't answer my Email at all
Brought 3 from here the another 2 never had a problem.
Still going in the vans I fitted them too

Required a rear exhaust for my ageing Lexus GS. After Contacting dealer and being shocked by price. Contacted Mike at CatMan. Mike was very knowledgeable and sourced a replacement from Poland. 100% service from order to delivery. Highly recommend and easy to deal with. Exhaust arrived in Belfast on time in less than a week. Thanks for keeping the Lexus road worthy for many more miles. Dealer price would have rendered the car beyond economic repair. Mike and team are very trustworthy and honest and very technical. Will order again in future.

Mike was incredibly helpful, and with no DPF for my vehicle available anywhere in the UK, he managed to source one for me in Poland at half of the main dealer price. The part arrived quickly in very good condition and the return of the old unit was easy with the surcharge refunded promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody looking for a CAT or DPF.

Thanks a million Catman for finding and delivering the rear Catalytic Converter for my 2005 Mitsubishi Grandis 2.4. Only took a year for me to track one down and only 2 days for you to deliver it to me in Germany. The price was spot on too.
