Hi! I bought two matching push recliners in a rich cherry red in 2011. They are still amazingly comfortable after close to 15 years. Unfortunately, the fabric has faded in spots due to sunny windows... See more

The couch/recline is poor quality and was falling apart within months of buying it. Not to mention the wait time we had to endure to receive it! Months!!! The store owner who does business with catnapper kept getting waylayed by their customer service employees, and give the run around. We couldn’t even get an email or call back from these people. Idk how they’re still in business with this kind of work they do. Do not buy from them.

Bought the Catnapper Sterling 4788…

Bought the Catnapper Sterling 4788 power recliner. Have jad it past the 7 day return window. I have never been more dissapointed in a chair. 999.00 dollar chair that is worth only 300.00 at best. The back is so poorly padded that the lumbar pushes into your spine till it hurts. Even with it shut off it hurts. Its hard rock ! The headrest pushes your head forward so that your head and neck begin to hurt. The massager and heat can only be felt in the cushion and not the back
If i was still within the 7 day window this crappy chair with little padding in the backrest would be returned and i would NEVER consider buying a catnapper again
Cheaply built and very high priced.

Catnapped ‘leather like’ sofa peeling everywhere

Catnapper power recliner AND sofa are peeling all over - even in sections with minimal use. After 4-years we are covering up the peeled sections with a throw blanket to hide the embarrassing appearance. Will NEVER purchase Catnapper furniture or any other ‘pleather’ type sofa again. Advertisement and salesperson misleading. This material will NOT last. I have nearly 20-yr old leather sofa in better condition than this faulty material. Do not buy.

Paid 2600.00 for couch and loveseat

Paid 2600.00 for couch and loveseat, purchased in April 2022. Now Jan 2022, you can feel the wood all over them, stuffing has moved all around what seemed to be an overstuffed couch and loveseat are now bare wood. Also the are auto recliners. I have health issues and was reassured this would be wonderful for me. At first I thought they were great. But now we are finding the foam and fill under the couch. When you sit down you can actually feel the power mechanism under your buttocks. It's causing me and my husband alot of lower back problems and sciatic pain. I have not contacted the company yet. Please beware and stay away from this product. It was purchased at Bargains Galore or Bargains and Buyouts.

Beware

Me and my husband was looking for furniture in November 2020, we had leather furniture that we had almost 10yrs and my son was moving out in Jan 2021 the furniture still looked good I just wanted new furniture and when I found something I was going to give him my old.
We went to several places and my husband sat in the Catnapper and fell in love it had the electric seats and said he would probably fall asleep in it. We bought in Dec 2020 and they said they would deliver in Jan 2021. They delivered in Jan 2021 and not long after we had it I looked down at the foot rest when I reclined and noticed it didn't look very full. We bought the extra warranty so I was told to call the furniture place where I bought it and they would get in touch with the people to come out and look at it. The people came out looked and laughed and said the catnapper furniture is always like this you just have to unzip the foot rest and move around the fiber to adjust it. I said you have to be kidding me. He said no or just buy some more fiber and make it full. I said I have never heard of such thing. I spent alot of money to add something to brand new furniture. I bought fiber at Amazon and filled it up. Then in early this year when I looked at my loveseat something black was sticking out, I reclined the furniture to look at it and the fabric that holds my cushion together to the loveseat it is ripped and it is just me and my husband that lives in my house. No animals nor children. I called the furniture place they called the people and they told me oh we can't fix that, that is just normal wear and tear. I said what? My furniture is barely a year old and you are saying it is normal wear and tear he said yes. He said you could call Jackson Furniture and see what they could do but good luck.
I called and no answer so I emailed Jackson Furniture and at first they were real nice responded very quickly. They asked for the sales receipt and some white paper (which I found ) and pictures ( which I took and downloaded it) after I did that no response. I have emailed them and texted them to the number they gave me to upload the pictures no response. I told my son I would trade furniture with him ( my old leather furniture ) he said no my furniture looks better than yours. I told my husband this furniture looks like we bought this at Big Lots he said no Big Lots looks better. This looks like it came from a second hand store.
Beware!!!!! Do not ever buy Jackson Furniture Catnapper they are a joke so the several thousand dollars that we spent on our Living Room suit down the drain. I will never ever, no, no ever buy this piece of crap again.
The date of experience down below would not let me put in my date But I bought it Dec 13,2020 I received it in Jan 2021

Catnapper Recliner Failure

I purchased a Catnapper recliner in September of 2021 through Onestopbedrooms online, with it being delivered in December 2021. From day one this recliner has not worked correctly in reclined position, leaning severely to one side and with no support in semi=reclined position. Both the seller and now Catnapper have sent out furniture repair technicians and parts to repair 5 times with no success. Each the seller and Catnapper have said the other is responsible for refund or replacement of the recliner. Catnapper has no one to call and has recently stopped responding to my emails. Onestopbedrooms will answer a call but you can never talk to anyone in charge. Onestopbedrooms has claimed either that the reason for it not working is that it is sitting on carpet (ridiculous) or it is my perception (equally ridiculous).
Catnapper just claims it is the vendor’s to refund not theirs.

DON'T BUY CATNAPPER

Husband and I bought two Catnapper recliners in February 2021. We are seniors living on a fixed income and spent nearly $2000 of our savings. One chair broke in September 2021 (after a mere seven months) and the second one broke in January 2022 (after 11 months). We notified them in September 2021 right after the first chair broke and they him-hawed around for two months, offering no solution to the issue, until I reported them to the Better Business Bureau in December 2021. They initially agreed to replace the chair and said it would ship in March 2022. Meanwhile, in January 2022, the second chair broke and after numerous emails about that one, they decided they were not going to replace either chair – they would send parts for us to repair the chairs ourselves. That 24-lb box of loose parts arrived yesterday. Worst customer service imaginable! Here are pics of the backs of both chairs. Nice quality chairs made in China! NOT!

Don't buy

I purchased the pleather covered loveseat. After about 3 years, the Fake leather began pealing. Huge pieces came off leaving many areas exposed to the white backing.
I got out the micrometer and measured the thickness of the outer layer. It measured .002" thick. Thinner than paper that measures .003" thick.
Do not buy their furniture unless you want to replace it in a couple years. Go with Lazy Boy.

Deteriorating fabric, peeling everywhere.

I love the design, color and comfort, however, after very minimal use over 3 years the vinyl/ fake leather has completely deteriorated and peeled off. This is happening everywhere- even in areas that get no wear. I did contact them and they suggested I buy more (defective) fabric and have it reupholstered. Do not buy Catnapper.

Stay away from Catnapper sofas

Georgia Furniture Mart sold me a catnapper sofa telling catnapper never peels. I even purchased a extended 5 year warranty. The furniture started peeling little after 1 year and both backed out. Stay away from Catnapper and Georgia Furniture mats.

Catnapper does not stand behind a…

Catnapper does not stand behind a faulty product. I bought a lift chair in March and here it is September and the chair still has issues. Some of the issues were and are a bent frame, a loose back, a hole in the upholstery due to a spring coming through, the foot rest was bent and did not come up as high as it should, the chair jerks and catches and makes a loud noise when in motion. I would call the retail store and they would send out a technician which has been about five or six times and I finally asked why the chair just can't be replaced, cuz I could not understand when you parts were being put on a new chair and still having issues with it. The retail store told me catnapper was responsible and after numerous phone attempts and messages and can never speak to a live person, I was given an email to catnapper and all they would say is the retail store is responsible. so if catnapper says retail store is responsible and retail stores says catnapper is responsible, then who the heck is responsible? My other complaints with catnapper is with them being such a large industry why do they not have a live person to answer a phone to help navigate who a person should talk to. Not only do they not have a live person they do not return phone calls and this has been going on since March, you would think that catnapper would be eager to stand behind a faulty product.
