🚨BEWARE BUYER🚨 bought quite a few products a month ago… still don’t have any updates on my order. Tried contacting numerous times and it’s like I’m being ignored. Looks like I’m not the only one with this problem, others are having the same issues.
I had recently purchased Essence Brow Powder and it came in without a brush. A slot for brush is provided in the packaging but was missing. As per regular practice I reached out to customer service who directed me to their International team as the purchase was outside of North America. A ticket was raised and I was informed of the ticket via email. 3 months passed and I kept following up but no reply. I logged on to the system to check the status of the ticket and to my surprise it was closed without resolving. I was never informed as to what was the problem. Very misleading company that is not true to its value. Absolutely poor customer service who closes tickets without resolving, I have never seen such a poor attitude.
