Cat's Whiskers has a very professional and friendly service. I have been a long-term customer and each time we go on a holiday, I know that I can fully rely on them for the care of our cat. I can't recommend their services enough to anyone who is looking for a reliable and loving care for their pets.

Absolutely lovely lady came to see me before looking after my Ginny who is extremely timid.
The lady was soooo nice and very chilled didn’t over fuss Ginny and just let her come to her which was so nice to see.
The lady (wasnt sure if to put her name but happy to share if anyone wants to know) came twice a day and not just cleaned the empty bowls but re filled them as per requirements and renewed water, took pics of this before and after and of Ginny sitting happily (although sulking I wasn’t there) in her igloo bed. She sat for a while hoping Ginny would come out but no such luck (as I say very timid and sulky when I’m away) but kindly put her toy on and checked and cleared her litter tray.
As Ginny is so timid it was good to see pics and updates from the cats whiskers website and things checked off .. very efficient and comforting. Also the lady messaged me separately bless her which I appreciated. All in all would fully recommend a very trusting and kind support for anyone’s cat whatever their temperament while you are away.

My experience with Cat’s Whiskers so far has been incredible! My cat, Kane, is quite timid and shy but warmed up almost immediately to Charlie. I love receiving daily pictures and written updates on how Kane is doing, it really puts my mind at ease. The fact that they also offer to turn lights on/off and to open/close blinds at different times of the day, helps with the sense of security when we are away.

Dottie and the team are very professional and quick to respond to any inquiries or messages. Her background education and knowledge of felines highlights her love and passion for the animals and their overall wellbeing.

I always feel comfortable leaving my babies (cats) in the safe hands of Cat's Whiskers. They always go above and beyond to make the sitting experience as smooth as possible. They are also flexible if travel plans change due to circumstances outside your control. They have a great email system that allows easy daily check in with your cats. Nothing is ever a bother and above all else they are cat lovers at heart!
