I was surprised at the tone of the…
I was surprised at the tone of the response to my previous 1 star review when I pointed out that they sent me an invoice for items I didn't order, which is a potential breach of GDPR / DPA. I had personal details belonging to someone else and assumed common courtesy would be to acknowledge my email and apologise and advise the details they have are now corrected, thanking me for bringing it to their attention. Instead they publicised sarcastically about me leaving the review I did.
