First experience with any groomer, taking a family pet. Very professional, polite, helpful and reassuring. They were able to help with de-matting as requested. We spoke to several employees, but I believe we spoke to Rosie (sorry if I’m confusing you with someone else!) the most, who was great :). Brick (the cat) was much calmer on the way home than she was on the way to the groomers. Would recommend and look forward to our next visit :)

This is my cat Rosies second visit to Cats at home, the service is great and they really look after her, I would highly recommend them to spruce up your cat or dog and will definitely be taking her to them again.

Fantastic service from Charlie & the team as always & now they have a branch on Dereham Road in Norwich! I wouldn't go to any other groomer - keep up the amazing work you do!

Cats at Home used 5 times 5* service for all cats
On ALL occasions the service has been very high at a competitive price.
There is nobody who offers this service at this price.
I will use no one else.
My first was at Charlie's home for nail cutting and subsequent ones.
I attended Charlie's mother's funeral to show my respect. However I did not know her. may she rest in peace.
I then met her husband and team at her newly opened Wymondham branch in 2022 or 2023 for the nail clipping of Enzo and then for Bella and Marvin. They were 5-year brother and sister when I took them on and I love them like my children.
They had their nails cut - but Bella needed a wash and dry and blow dry as she had been distressed by the journey and poohed and peed in her box.
without drama, this was done too.
Charlie and her team are becoming well-known and 2 new customers came in at 645pm with their cats. Because her reputation is spreading she decided to open a new shop in North Walsham.
