I bought a pet vacuum from CATSNDOGS on 5-23-23.
Three weeks later it arrived. The battery cap was broken and the vacuum had very poor suction and could not pick-up any pet hair. I texted the company to complain, and here's what they said, we want pictures/video's of the broken vacuum.No-where does it say in their return policy, that they need pictures, but here's the best part. SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED ! And YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPPING! and where do I have to ship it to, ZHEJIANG, CHINA. Which will cost me $150 dollars to ship, 5 times greater than the product is worth.AND they still have the right to reject my refund ! Look up ther refund policy before you buy, What a Scam!
