Daniel was very helpful. He had to remotely access my computer to sort out my installation issues. He stayed on the line with me for 2+ hours until the installation was complete and tested.

First, the site was easy to understand and use. I purchased the Microsoft Office. My lap top is on Windows 7 so I required extra assistance. Each member of the staff I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. In the end, we scheduled a phone call, allowing me to pick the time, using their easy online schedulers. The person I spoke to linked into my system and made the needed changes, registering my product key and making sure everything was set up for easy use, explaining as they went along. Great communication at each level, at all times.

Had an issue reloading an office product after buying a new computer. Chatted on line with Paul and he solved the issue in less than 5 minutes. Excellent response time and fix actions. Thanks again!

Eric in tech support was very helpful to me in helping me to revert my Outlook to an earlier version so that it would work offline for me. Very helpful for me! And he provided me the steps to transfer my Outlook data from my old Mini to my new one.
He was pleasant, had a helpful positive attitude and had the know how to help me. He is an excellent tech person.

I bought a Microsoft Office product and everything worked out perfectly! The software came with a link and detailed instructions on uninstalling, removing prior licenses, and installing the new products. I ran into one minor issue with the licensing and contacted Support via Chat. Daniel helped me and did an outstanding job of helping and resolving my issue. I highly recommend CatSoft and if you need any help - ask for Daniel! :)

I recently purchased a product from Catsoft and had some difficulty installing the product. I started a chat with Adin and he was able to help me resolve all the problems on my MAC. He quickly replied to all my messages, his expertise in using the MAC was very helpful in aiding me to run all the recovery procedures. I was able to install and test the purchased product. I really appreciate that Adin is on your customer service team. Thank you for the support.

Paul solved all the problems installing office 2019

Searched and reviewed and selected CatSoft as my source. Purchase was straightforward and simple although the software download was a bit confusing with the follow-up emails. The product was exactly what I was after and post install worked quite well and continues to do so two months later. Customer service followed up a few times to ensure no issues.
NOTE: I did notice that the specific credit source I used for payment ( a rarely used card) began to show unauthorized charges (x3) starting one week after my download and payment. I have cancelled that source. I cannot assign blame, but it's quite curious.

I’m certainly glad I decided to take a chance on Catsoft.co. Before I made my purchase, I read a lot of favorable reviews and noticed that people gave high marks for customer service. I have to agree with that, because Paul helped me every step of the way - from purchase to download to installation. I was very pleased.

Was I a little ( a lot) skeptical with getting a program through a third party site, yes. Did it work? YES ! There was a bump in the road but every customer service rep I have spoken to helped me, especially Daniel. Yes, every rep. I had to reach out more than once bc I need a screen shot of said issue and wasn't by my laptop, so everyone I have spoken to during this process was amazing but Daniel got hit with the bulk of the issue. He connected remotely and handled everything and even took the time to explain some things to me. THANK YOU.

I have purchased software from Catsoft.co in the past with great results and this time was no different. The product price was excellent and when I had issues with my download, Daniel from customer service was very prompt and thorough in his directions for me. The problem (my fault, not the product's) was resolved without any hassles and I am very pleased. I will definitely continue to purchase software from this company.
