Jack was very responsive and kept us updated with both pics & videos. Ziggy came back happy and healthy, and the team also organised a last minute return to us when collection was challenging.

I would personally advise caution before using this company for cat boarding.

I initially considered using them for my cat, but during the process I encountered multiple things that raised concerns for me personally. After discussing some of these concerns with official organisations and fraud-reporting bodies, I was advised that several aspects of the process appeared to be significant red flags.

To be clear, I cannot say whether this business is a scam or not, and this review is only based on my own experience and research. It is entirely possible that some customers have perfectly fine experiences. However, I did not feel comfortable proceeding.

Some of the concerns I encountered included:
- refusal to provide formal invoices
- preference for payments linked to personal accounts rather than clearly identifiable business banking
- inconsistent communication methods and non-UK contact channels
- limited independent business history
- a relatively new Companies House registration with little publicly available operating history
- review patterns that, in my opinion, appeared unusual across different listings

Individually, some of these things may not mean much. However, when combined together, they did not inspire confidence for me when considering handing over both money and responsibility for my pet.

I also appreciate that every business starts somewhere, and younger owners or newer businesses are not inherently a problem. Hopefully, if the business is legitimate, processes and transparency improve over time. If you are reading this long into the future and the company is still operating successfully with stronger verification and clearer business practices, then that would of course be reassuring.

This is simply a warning based on my own experience so others can make an informed decision and do their own checks before proceeding.

They were amazing with my cat, very considerate and checked in lots!

Jack was very kind and accommodating towards our kitten. This was her first time at a sitter’s and she came back home calm and happy! Very thankful to jack for looking after our little girl while we were on our holidays. Highly recommended!

This was our second time using this cattery and it was always a great experience. There is great communication, updates and amazing care for our very needy cats. I appreciate your work so much and I don't know what we would do without this cattery! will use it again in the future for sure :)

The couple that looked after my 2 cats were reassuring, patient and kind. I felt tbh at my cats were in safe and capable hands. I received photos and videos from them every day.

I had a great experience communicating with this cattery. Kayla was especially helpful and really friendly—she took the time to answer my questions and was going to help get everything sorted for me. Although my plans changed and I didn’t end up needing to book, the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they really care about both the cats and their owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others!

ended up booking with Viadux. To be honest, I nearly didn’t go ahead because I always feel slightly bad leaving my cat anywhere, even for a short time. In the end it was much less of an issue than I’d imagined, and I was glad I went through with it.

Amazing service and I would 100% recommend. I have been using their service for two years and I absolutely trust them with my two cats. Thank you for always providing an excellent service and always making sure my cats are comfortable.

I left my cat for a few days while I was away and didn’t expect her to settle quickly, as she’s usually quite wary of new places. The first update showed her hiding and not doing much, which was pretty much what I expected.

Over the next couple of days she started coming out more and sitting near the window. When I picked her up, she was quiet but not stressed, and once home she went straight back to her normal routine. Overall it felt like a low-drama stay, which for my cat is about as good as it gets.

I’ve used this platform a couple of times now and overall it’s been a good experience. The booking process is clear, and it’s easy to find someone suitable without going back and forth too much. Support was responsive when I had questions, which helped a lot.

I left my cat with Su Su while my flat was being renovated. She was flexible with the drop-off time and made the whole process really easy. My cat settled in better than I expected, and pick-up was smooth. Overall a very convenient and stress-free experience.
