The experience I had with the admin team was atrocious, I requested a pause on my subscription well within the required notice period. Apparently as it had been missed they attempted to charge my account, thankfully it didn't go through and I didn't have to wait however long to get my money back.
After a few stressful days of communicating with them and being initially advised to let the payment bounce, which I was concerned would negatively affect my credit score. Finally it was fixed and delayed 1 month, but after the experience I have no intention of continuing my subscription due to the unnecessary stress it caused me.

The first month of coffee was fine the snacks and coffee tasted nice.

I've tried other coffee subscriptions in the past but Caturra offers something much more fun and interesting than those transactional style services. Not only is the coffee itself 10/10 as standard but each month is an opportunity to explore new roasters and styles of coffee. The monthly magazine is a great insight into all things coffee; from farming, to roasting, to tasting and beyond! Definitely give Caturra a try if you like your coffee.

I signed up for two bags a month subscription about a year ago and I will never go back to supermarket coffee again! Nice variation of flavours, occasional goodies and all straight to my door.

I've even got my sister hooked after sending her a gift box for Christmas!

It's surprisingly good fun having a different selection of coffee arrive every month based around your flavour preferences. (Supermarket coffee can never compete now.). It's also interesting getting the background on this month's roasters in the magazine and learning more about the coffee. Our coffee subscription is a welcome regular delivery now and the careful curation and packaging and environmental considerations are all appreciated.

The gift boxes are a really great idea - they are beautifully packaged and the coffee is fantastic. The little extras that are included are a real treat too.

On a recommendation I bought two gift packs as birthday presents. Both arrived on time and were gratefully received. The recipients remarked upon the attractiveness of the packaging and the quality of the content. The free gifts and interesting newsletter were added bonuses.

You can choose your preferred styles, or leave it up the experts at Caturra, who clearly love what they do. I use an aeropress and a Moka pot, so I choose a fine grind and left the rest to them!

Their passion for coffee seems equalled only by their passion for the environment, from sustainable materials right through to carbon offsetting.

Caturra takes all the pressure out of finding the right coffee. Signed up for a subscription coffee arrived (that should read GREAT coffee) plus a mag stuffed with info on coffee and coffee-related stuff (who doesn't love to learn - eh?) and some free samples (protein balls and some porridge). We are enjoying this great coffee experience delivered to our door. Along with the great tasting coffee the little extras were such a bonus and we found the 'Extract' magazine very interesting and informative. It's good to know that it is environmentally sourced.
