Cases are of good quality and fit, the support team are also very helpful, understanding, and responsive.

Owned the Sheath for 12/13/14 Pro and it was always “fine.”
When I bought the Sheath for the iPhone 16 Pro, the design felt outdated — Caudabe didn’t follow Apple’s new rounded-edge shape, so the case feels more squared and bulkier than it should. I actually switched to an Incase that was cheaper and felt better.

Customer support originally (Jan 2025) offered me store credit without returning the case, which was great… but when I followed up months later, they became oddly procedural. They asked me for the order number even though they send tons of promo emails and could’ve found it by email themselves.

Cases = decent.
Design for 15/16 = behind the curve.
Support = inconsistent.
Marketing emails = nonstop.

Not terrible, but definitely not the “premium” experience they advertise.

I’ve ordered so many cases and ended up sending them back because they are basically overrated. Took the plunge and bought a Caudabe case for my iPhone 16 with a set of coloured buttons. It’s easily the best case I’ve found, solid with a good feel to it, the buttons have a nice action and the thin strip over the camera action button is rigid so doesn’t encourage you twanging it!
Ridge, Nudient et al could learn a thing or two from these guys.

Next day went to Apple Store and when I got home I see I purchased the iPhone 17 Pro MAX!
Yeah I blew it. Sent an email to Caudabe and immediately I received a reply not only did they tell me they would gladly send me the proper product but extended a discount. Received my cases and they are exactly what I wanted. Fantastic experience with Caudabe.

Ordered a paragon case and a screen protector. Both great products. Slight delay with the order (which I was aware of at the time of order due to stock levels), brilliant, polite and helpful customer service.

I’ve been purchasing my iPhone cases exclusively from Caudabe for 10+ years now. The quality of their products is truly unmatched and they have an awesome loyalty program as well.

I originally posted a review on the company’s own website, but it never appeared. This now makes sense, because the product only shows 34 total reviews, all mostly positive. For something they claim had “higher-than-expected order volume,” that low number seems suspicious.

Here’s my full experience:

I placed my order on October 20. By November 4, I still hadn’t received any shipping update, so I contacted support. I was told they were dealing with “higher-than-expected order volume,” assured my order would ship by November 17, and directed to their self-service shipping table for future reference.

November 17 came and went.
By November 22, still no tracking number. When I reached out again, I received the exact same explanation and was told my order was “being prepared for shipment.” As of November 28, I still had no updates.

To make things worse, the product went on sale for about 10% off while my fully paid-for order hadn’t even shipped. At this point, it genuinely felt like I had loaned the company money for over a month with nothing to show for it.

After posting my (unpublished) review on their website, I suddenly received a tracking number about three hours later. However, clicking it simply brings up a USPS “pre-shipment” page, meaning only a label was created, and the package hasn’t actually been handed over to USPS.

I’ll update this review once (or if) the product actually ships out.

UPDATE:
Item actually shipped out the following Monday. Caudube also matched the price to the Black Friday discount price. I updated my rating from 1 to 3 star. Due to the missed shipment.

Dealing with Caudabe from start to finish has been great. Shipping to Canada was fast....arrived 4 days after order was placed. The case ( Black Sheath with camera control for 16 Pro ) is as good as expected - maybe better, and the price was amazing....Dealt with customer service for Black Friday pricing as well. Ill be ordering for my next phones for sure.

I’ve trusted caudabe with my phones for many years. While the stealth cases are minimalist, they still offer great protection but it’s the unique grip that I love. They offer a great grip in your hands but slide in and out of pockets with ease.
Get one.

My second phone case from them. Really high quality. Def protects from falls. Looks great and feels great in hands.

I ordered the wrong buttons for my Synthesis case for iPhone 17 Pro Max and they were very helpful in getting me a replacement for the correct buttons. Superb customer service! Been rocking caudabe cases for my phone since my iPhone XS Max and they always deliver great product. Highly recommended!

Great phone cases. I've used Caudabe phone cases for about 8 years now on all my phones and very happy. The most recent case had a button issue, they were noisy and the company immediately shipped me new buttons to fix the problem. Very happy to continue using their cases.

Top shelf product and top shelf service. Their sheath case is one of the best on the market. It's an amazing case with an amazing texture and durable as hell. They're customer service is also unrivaled. You can tell they love what they do and love their customers. It's the only case I buy now.
