The items I bought (Birkenstocks) are clearly fakes. The box states they’re leather uppers but they’re not. The foot beds are also cheaply made.
I contacted their customer support via email and was lied too in the response as I could “rest assured” that the items were genuine. I’m asking for a full refund but doubt I’ll get it.
Do not buy from this company no matter how good a deal you think you’re getting. They’re criminals.

Please, please take all the reviews written about this company seriously. This company, Cauzac or any other name they choose to use are defrauding customers every day and they are getting away with it.
I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks, I have been wearing Birkenstock’s for 25 years and knew straight away they were fakes. I spoke to my bank, (credit card) payment, they advised me to contact Birkenstock and ask them to authenticate the sandals, as I thought Birkenstocks Germany confirmed they were fakes.
Trying to retrieve my money through my credit card company, but I am not holding my breath…
You’ve been warned, waste your money at your own peril if ordering from these sharks..

Yep. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. It's a scam. Still waiting for what i now know will be fakes. I am currently trying to report it as fraud to my credit card company. This company should be taken off the search engines

I was scammed as all the others. Waited 3 weeks to get my Bostom after being advised by customer service of genuine product. Wrong color, ordered Taupe and got Mocha,and are of very cheap quality.
Not even going to try a tentative attempt to get a refund. These are criminals that steal from people and wish they are jailed at some point.
Need to be more careful in the future.

100% SCAM. Product sent is cheap FAKE COUNTERFEIT goods. Can't believe I fell for it. They do not respond to your emails and will not send you a refund. THIS IS CRIMINAL and they should be locked up.

Company is a fraud. Claims to have london office selling original Birkenstocks. Do not buy as they are shipped from China and a fake. Website uses pirated images from Birkenstock website. Goods are a cheap plastic imitation - sizing is wrong, quality shocking. They are using fake Trustpilot review on their website too.

Agree with all that’s been said in other reviews . The items I received were fake .

I do not recommend buying from this company - which also operates under different names (Vinizia being one). The Birkenstocks I ordered were fake, shipped from China. The company didn't process a refund despite several requests, but offered me increasingly higher discounts instead. I had to return them to an address in France (which was a rural, residential property) and they refused to pay for the return even though the sandals were not as ordered (I was sent synthetic rather than the real leather I ordered). The return cost me £17 and I still did not receive a refund for the purchase so had to request a chargeback via my credit card provider.

I recently bought 2 pairs of "leather Arizona Birkenstocks". The tracking showed they were being delivered from China which raised my initial concern about them being fake. I was guaranteed by their customer service that the items were genuine. The items took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did it was obvious to me that they were cheap plastic fake Birkenstocks. I contacted their customer service dept who were evasive and advised the items were genuine and wouldn't accept any responsibility or offer free returns. I have just returned the shoes (costing me £18) to a French address and am awaiting confirmation that I will receive a full refund.

Advertised oiled leather Birkenstock shoes.
Cheap synthetic fakes arrived from China.

Wrong title on listing of Birkenstock sandals. Listed as oiled leather but actually sent out synthetic ones. Very misleading and customer service doesn’t seem to want to help.

Total scam.
The products are cheap fakes.
I ordered a pair of shoes and the ones I received were not what I ordered on their website.
They claim to be a shop registered in London but they are actually based in china.
I did get a reply for a refund but I would have to cover the £25 postage costs.
I very much doubt I would get my money if I sent them back.

This is a scam. They advertise leather Birkenstocks but send some cheap synthetic equivalent. The customer service is unresponsive and evasive. Update: they have edited their webpages as I have threatened to talk to the credit company without admitting any liability.

On their website they claim to have 52,537 Trustpilot reviews, but when I came here to check, they actually have none. Seems like a scam?
