Awful customer service and poor quality…
Awful customer service and poor quality products. They do not give refunds. They ignore your reasoning for returns. I tried to return 6 identical outfits in a 2 sizes per colour. They were not authentic to one another. The seams are puckered and sewed uneven. The material is very thin. They put ‘discounts’ on high priced products to make the deal sound good. They are only willing to refund 1 outfit. They have not responded to my latest email so I am now assuming they are ignoring me. This order was over £350 !! Their trust pilot reviews on their website are fake, because trust pilots website do not have those here!!
