parcel damaged and returned by carrier.informed cawson within 5 minuets they answerd saying they would send replacement i got parcel within 3 days thank you for your 1st class product and excellent service

Delivery very prompt, one can split in transit, but this is the first time my order has arrived damaged. Slightly disappointed that the cans were wrapped in 4 packs then the tray in plastic. The reason I order by the tray is so there is less plastic, not more. On the whole though, still very happy with the service and will continue to order direct.

We love your product having bought it locally. Unfortunately the parcel was damaged and one carton had leaked. I decided it was ok to drink as the cardboard was only just wet.

Goods arrived promptly and safely - although the latter was down to luck more than anything - the bottles were packaged in an over-sized box which had split all down one side. Think packaging might need attention.

I purchased 24 cans of the Ginger drink. It is difficult to find to buy locally and the one place I did find charged twice what I was able to purchase it direct from Cawston for.
Straightforward to order, arrived well packaged.
