Cay Skin Stole $76 From Me

Like "IA" below, I experienced a similar issue. I placed an order for SPF items in April 2025. When I received them on April 17th, one of the items had an expiration date of May 2025, the other in late Summer 2025. I reached out to the company to initiate a return or replacement, because I did not want items that were on the verge of expiring. Customer Service responded and told me the items are fine and will not expire that quickly, but I was not convinced by their response, so I requested a return. I was told the return had to be reviewed, and then I received an email on 4/28 with a return label and an estimated refund of "$76.00". USPS shows that my return was received by them on May 1. However, since then, I have repeatedly emailed about the status of my return, and no one will reply to me. I never received the $76 in return, even though I confirmed they received my items. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, but Cay Skin told them I am still in posession of the goods (which I am not), so the credit card did not refund my expense. In my view, Cay Skin stole $76 from me.

Unfortunately, it’s a let down

As a person of colour with vitiligo, I had high hopes for this, as we have very little representation… but boy oh boy was this bad. I tried so hard to like it, but there is something that I can’t quite identify that makes my eyes burn like nothing I have ever experienced before (and no, I didn’t put actually on my eyes)
It got so bad one day at work that I had to go home to remove my makeup and properly wash my face.
I really hope this is a good product for other people, however if you have any form of allergies (FYI, I only have hayfever) I advise you to stick to a more hypo-allergenic brand.

CAYSKIN - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER AS THEY DON’T HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY!

I recently ordered CaySkin bundle which comes with body oil, face lotion, and lip balm and I order it directly from CaySkin website. I ordered it on 04/14/22 and received it on 04/19/22. I paid $68 and I was very excited to try my purchase. Unfortunately the packaging was faulty meaning all three units were not sealed properly the lip balm arrived open and looked used. Also the face lotion is to be expired by 11/23/23 instead 2024. I reached out to CaySkin by email as there is no phone contact for customer service. I informed them about my issue and I received an email by them indicating that my request for return and refund will be reviewed. I waited and waited hoping to hear back from them unfortunately no one ever got back to me. I sent another follow up email and no one responded to my email. Mind you it clearly it indicates if your not happy with our CaySkin product please reach out to us and we will gladly refund you. Nothing but lies as CAYSKIN CLEARLY ARE HURTING FOR MONEY! I still have their product and did not touch it due to the way it was ship to me.
