very good experience
from start to finish everything went without any problem.
It was a long way to go for a car but well worth the trip.
The salesman was very polite and made the process very relaxed. I would go back again if the right car was on offer

Steer clear
Steer clear. Failed to supply V5 document or Service history for vehicle. Despite several weeks of asking. Fed up of the lies (in the post, I’ve been away, sending it now, you’ll have them tomorrow) and delaying tactics to cover for poor service, unprofessionalism and incompetence. Gives second hand car sales people a bad name.

Misleading and false advertisement
Misleading and false advertisement, I have been on the site everyday for weeks searching to finance a car and toggled the features for under a £100 a month with a £1000 deposit and finally found one I really wanted with a price a month I liked and could afford so next to the car details was a price per month which was explained underneath with deposit and how many months which was great, I booked a test drive and I travelled over an hour away to get there and be told they don’t do finance which I said what? He asked what website I found the vehicle I said Cazoo he said go back on the advert and see which finance they were promoting which I did and called them “ car money” I then gave a few details about the car over a document and was told I was approved for finance and they would call me soon so I test drove the car and was very excited to purchase to then be called and told they don’t do finance on 2010 cars which I questioned as to why cazoo and them promoted on cazoo website the breakdown of costs and mislead me which they replied no lenders would finance a car older then 10 years, so I had to leave the car and drive another hour back home empty handed frustrated and upset after being completely mislead and wasted my time and false hope this is not okay and be aware of this website scamming people
