CBD.co Customer Service Is Below Par

I placed an order for a specific item but cbd.co switched it with another product. I contacted the company and informed them of the issue, the rep tried to convince me it was what I ordered but it was now in new packaging. Not true! The brand was the same but the product was not what I ordered. CBD.co then updated my order list with the "new" item and tried to gaslight me into believing their version. Unfortunately for them I kept a copy of the original order and asked for a replacement or a refund. I received a replacement of the exact same erroneous item so I opted for a refund/return. I sent the product back and now they're telling me I returned an opened item and they can only give me a partial store credit. I didn't open or use the item because clearly it was the wrong thing AGAIN. I contacted them immediately about their error, returned the unopened package, but now I'm supposed to accept a partial store credit because they keep messing up. CBD.co if this is how you do business then your customers won't be around for too much longer.

So I made an order two weeks before…

So I made an order two weeks before leaving for vacation. They did not get the first order out the door because according to tracking and calling the USPS they were waiting for it but never got the order. After one week, called cbd.co and said they want me happy and will get out the door asap. Called again talked to another guy who said that my order was sitting right in front of him and he guesses the driver did not get my second order out the door. I told him that I need that in two days as I am leaving the next. Piss poor service but they want me happy. I don't know what they are doing in that warehouse but it sure not doing the very thing that they are suppose to be doing.

Outstanding Products, Pricing, and Service

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with CBD.co. Their pricing is consistently competitive, their product range is impressive, and the quality has always met or exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I had a small issue where the wrong quantity of an item was shipped. I reached out to their customer service team, and they handled it promptly and professionally—resolving the matter far more quickly than I anticipated. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only offers great products, but also genuinely stands behind their service. I highly recommend CBD.co and will continue to shop with confidence!

Took one order charged me 5 times

Took one order charged me 5 times. I am out 680 bucks usd. I order only from them 2 years. Now NO RESPONSE TO NUMEROUS EMAILS ASKING THEM TO CANCEL PAYMENT. I AM ON PENSION. 680 IS HUGE. NO PHONE NUMBER. VERY FRUSTRATED

CHEAP, CAN'T PAY VENDORS THAT THEY HIRE TO DO WORK FOR THEM

This company hired an SEO agency to use my website to post an article with links to cbd. co in order to help boost their SEO rankings.

Despite my publishing on their behalf, they and the agency contact Vishal Bisht have not paid me and have ignored my requests to be paid.

How good can this company be if they can't even pay the people who they hire to help their business?

Terrible business acumen and not a business you should be using for anything

I ordered 1 bottle of cbd tincture and…

I ordered 1 bottle of cbd tincture and never received it. Calling CBD.co just results in voicemail which was not returned. Emailing CBD.co results in an auto response without a human contact. Contacting their supplier, Lazarus, just resulted in them pointing the finger back at CBD.co. This appears to be just another shady drug company. Do not use!

Ordered 2 bottles of cbd for my pet

Ordered 2 bottles of cbd for my pet. One bottle was damaged in delivery. When calling the company I sent them pictures of the damage along with the letter from the post office about the damage. They were going to send me out 2 more bottles, one bottle free for my troubles. I have yet to receive and this was two weeks ago. Order sitting as not fulfilled. Customer service was nice but they cannot follow through. Will now be contacting them for my money back for the one bottle I still have not received.

Ordered 3 different cbd vapes ( one…

Ordered 3 different cbd vapes ( one indica, one sativa and one hybrid flavor). They ALL wasted in the box. I have never seen real cbd that was thin enough to completely waste out of the cartilage during shipping. They was still in the wrapping but the carts was empty. The gummies is a joke but at least I was able to try them. Wasted $70. Never again.
