Dubious of their customer care.
So far all they have done is sent me an e-mail saying they got my order. That was 6 days ago, I've called twice and left messages asking for tracking information and NOTHING. I will follow up with the BBB if I continue to not receive any response.

Misleading rewards program and discounts, but legit products
I have purchased from CBD Market for a few years.
What I like is that their prices are pretty good, (though not always the best), and they respond quickly to email, and they ship quickly. What I don't like is that they offer rewards for purchases and that they hide the fact that they expire after 6 months (they used to expire after 40 days), so when I run out of a purchased product, the rewards are gone. They do list the expiration date if you search how rewards work, but that information should be upfront. Personally, I consider it dishonest. They also promise a $5 discount if one writes a review for them. I clicked on their link to write a review and wrote a review, but they have no record of it. No discount. I have found that there are other companies where both the products I purchase and the shipping price is less.
Follow up: After I posted this review, they modified their website to clearly state that the rewards expire after 6 months (though I am not sure why they expire. I have raised the review from 3 star to 4 star.

Great customer service
I ordered a Koi product that was out of stock on Koi's website...it DID NOT say out of stock on CBD.com's website, so I ordered it...on 7/15...on 7/23 I contacted them because I saw the shipping label but had no info on the ship..They told me it was on backorder and worked with me to find a similar product at a better price point.
They went above and beyond...that is what great customer service is all about. Thank you CBD.com
