Placed an order on the 23rd June 2023 and it still hasn't arrived. Emailed the company and was told they'd send my product. Still hasn't arrived and have emailed the companies several times asking for product or refund and haven't heard from anyone.
Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This company is a scam. My card was originally declined because my bank wanted to make sure I wanted to order it. I called them and told them to keep it declined because the amount that showed up was not the amount I thought it would be. I did uncheck the auto-ship button but as soon as I hung up, the charge went through. I just received the product, but their support email does not exist and there is no way to contact this company. They had better not charge me again and I have no way to contact them to send it back.
Update: I called the phone number on my credit card statement and got a "support" company. Although I unchecked the auto-ship box it was set up to auto-ship. She said she cancelled my account, and I would get an email confirming, but that was hours ago and still no email - I did get a confirmation number and I let her know that I have disputed the charge and once I get a refund, I will send the product back. I'm not very hopeful - still think it is a scam.

This company is a total scam. I ordered 3 bottles of supplement. They shipped 5 bottles and charged my credit card $199.99 and all I ordered was 3 bottles which was supposed to be $39.88. I sent an email to cancel the order within 30 minutes after a saw they charged my card for 5 bottles. When I got the order I shipped all 5 bottles back unopened. After waiting 30 days for my refund I called again to check on it. They confirmed They had received all 5 bottles back. I asked for my refund again and they said they would give me a refund but there was a $5.00 per bottle fee that would be deducted from my refund. They said they would give me the balance of $174.88 for my refund. I have not confirmed whether they actually credited my card yet. This is total robbery in my opinion. Do not order anything from this company.

I order 3 bottles and received 5 with a $199.88 charge. I called numerous times and finally got a live person(after leaving messages and no return call). They did give me a $70 refund.
It got worse…I opened the first bottle and ate a gummy while reading the ingredients, only to find out there is corn syrup for sweetener.
My Dr told me never to eat/drink anything with corn syrup.
I called again, no reply to any messages. I emailed 3 times, finally getting a response telling me to take a picture of the 4 unopened bottles and they would give me instructions on returning them.
3 more emails and zero response. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company, no decision yet.

When I ordered from Choice Brands Direct they were advertising buy 3 bottles of CBD Gummies and get 2 free. When I received my order, they had charged me for all 5 plus 2 other bottles of CBD that I didn’t order. They charged my card for over $250. I called and told them they mis-represented their product and I wanted to return the product and I wanted a refund. They gave me a return reference number and the address to send it to. I did that on March 8 and had talked to them at least 4 times about my refund. They guaranteed I would get an e-check within 7 to 10 business days each time I called. As of 7/13/23 I finally turned it over to my bank and as of today, 8/7/23, I still do not have my refund. Today I received an email from them that they were shipping my order and a charge of $199.84 would be charged to my card. Surprise! That card has been cancelled! This company is a fraud and no one should ever have to go through what I’ve been dealing with.

I ordered the gummies for “enhancement “. Got weight loss pills. I knew I was dead in the water and I never tried to call or anything. I’m out $200.00. Never again. What a dummy I am. And an old man to boot. Wish I could get some of my money back. No fool like an old fool

Please I’m telling you stay away from this product. It does not work and they charge you more at checkout than they said they were going to. I am disputing it with my bank right now and apparently they’re fighting it. This is the biggest scam out there and I would not trust these people at all.

I received a notification last night that I placed an order for 5 bottles of CBD gummies. I never even heard of this company. I am in the process of reporting it to my credit card to cancel because of fraud but when I called to try and cancel the order they would not do so with the order number. They wanted me to provide a bunch of my contact information for my account, which I never created. They refused to do anything or cancel the order. I tried to get names and titles of people I was speaking to but they said they are not able to provide that information along with any other information about the company. Seems very shady to me as I also hear people just laughing in the background. This company is just awful! Do not give them any business

I put in an order and they immediately cancelled it due to 'not being able to ship to my location in canada'. They processed it as a refund and due to the exchange, I was charged $162.49 but only refunded $153.25 the following day. So I am out $9.24 because they don't have the proper systems in place to prevent my order in the first place? HORRIBLE business practice to cost the customer money for LITERALLY no service!!

If there was a 0 stars rating, it would be more accurate. In the initial transaction, I was charged more than I expected. I was willing to write that off, with the hope that the gummies would do everything promised. Or, if it would do half… Or, some… It did nothing!

Today, I got a message from my credit card company that I was charged another $199.88! I called the company and told them I had NOT authorized a renewal order, I was certain. The agent told me if I had gone on their website, I would have known this was automatic. I told agent that nobody advised me I must do that or have this surprise! I told them I would not have ordered more as I saw no benefit at all! Agent advised it was already shipped and I could call them for instructions to return it, when it arrived.

I told them NOT to send it, that I would NOT pay for it, and, if they did go ahead and send it, I would spend however many hours or days it took to let everyone know this IS A SCAM!

The video my husband and I watched had Martha Stewart supposedly promoting this product - which gave me an element of trust. Online, however, it appears she has a different product. So, that may be yet another facet of this SCAM!

I called my credit card company back and authorized a dispute and was advised by them that I should change my credit card number or be faced with this happening again - in spite of having gotten a cancellation verification number! I asked for that change.

Ordered a bottle of CBD Gummies for $39.95 . They charged my credit card $199.88 for 5 bottles!
I called right away after checking my banking account. They refused to correct the error. The Agent tried to wheel and deal me. But refused to refund, They lied and said product shipped. Next day I got an email saying it shipped in the late afternoon on 03/07/23 Out of Tampa Fl. A week later , I stopped the mail carrier from delivering it to my box, It was re-scanned and the mail carrier put it bck in their system and back on the truck. Spoke with the Choice CBD customer service Rep. They did not want to do a refund. Finally after calling them several times they agreed to refund $174.00 but keeping the rest for restocking. They said they would send a E-check 3-7 days . I waited it never came. Called them again. They said Transaction failed. They lied again. I went to my bank and they told me they saw nothing from Choice CBD attempting to send E-check. Filed a complaint with my bank on Choice CBD. Do Not Buy From them. They are awful in their business skills and dealing with the public. Liars. Scammed me out of$199.88.

Whether or not this product is real, I have no opinion. The company is horrid. I should have known to stop the transaction when I couldn't see what I would be billed before I made the purchase. The price all over their website is $39.95. Yet when I received the email with my receipt, I was charged $120 for 2 bottles. I was expecting something like $60 because I was getting the 2nd bottle for half price. I called immediately to try to cancel my order but was told it had already gone through (but they did try to 'offer' me a reduced price, still higher than that on their website) and I would have to wait and receive the product, email them for an RMA, and pay to send it back. They charged my card immediately. It took more than a month for the product to arrive. It took them nearly 2 weeks to issue an RMA after my sending them several emails. I could not reach them by phone anymore. When I selected 'speak to a representative' the line went dead. Now it's been nearly a month since I returned the product and they have not acknowledged the return, which took place according to USPS tracking. Of course there has been no refund either. Do not be tricked into buying from this company.

This company is a scam.
Do NOT buy their products.
Do NOT answer any requests to work for them. I was messaged on indeed about a manager job and they have now stolen thousands from me, wrote fraudulent checks and are complete crooks. The FTC is looking into their current business practices, I have filed a police report. Hopefully to shut them down.

This company is a complete scam.
Complete, absolute, despicable scam.

They took my money, never sent my order, don't return e-mails and their telephone customer service says that they are "closed" at all times of the day.

Avoid these losers like the plague.

Very disappointed on how long delivery is taking. I ordered 2 products on July 17th, it is now the 28th. I sent a message to customer service via email, had no response. Reason for people ordering cbd is pain,first time giving this co a try and most likely last time.
