I bought a”Holy Grail” vape pen in…
I bought a”Holy Grail” vape pen in original flavour. It arrived with no charger. I emailed to enquire about this and it took 5 days to receive a response which was very unsatisfactory - no charger.
There was no choice of flavour when I placed the order and I find the natural flavour highly unpleasant and unpalatable.

Sadly as per our email response these disposable vapes are not supplied with charging cables. They do come fully charged but also offer a port just in case you may need it. (this is standard for most large ml disposable vapes). When it comes to the choice of flavors these particular vapes are a natural unflavoured product. If you would like a flavored one please do let us know as we could help guide you to the vape that's right for you. We are really sorry that it took 5 days to reply to your email this should not have been the case. This is not the norm for our service and we can only apologies.

Bottle was faulty, ended up leaking all over my bag which may I add I'd only put in there on top the night before ready for the morning so I didn't forget to take it. I had to throw away a lot of things. This was 100% no fault of mine. Contacted the company, sent photos as wanted to know if this was a reoccurring problem with the bottles and a week later still no reply!
I was sceptical ordering from them in the first place after speaking to a guy on the phone who had absolutely no idea about the product!
Don't waste your time. I've had much better quality and customer service else where.
Also next day delivery was a waste of money as the standard delivery arrives just as quick!🥴
Of course as a company you will try justifying or come up with something to make it not your fault. This is standard procedure to not look bad. Hope others fully do there research and find a better quality brand.

First of all please do except our apologies for missing your email. Last week was an extremely busy one for us refurbishing our shop and your message slipped through the net.
This is not a reoccurring problem but if stored incorrectly or transported loose in a bag there is a chance that a bottle top could be squashed by another item.
When it comes to Royal Mail’s delivery times, hopefully you can understand that this is something that is out of our hands.
We process and ship orders Mon to Fri with a cut off point of 3pm.
All of our staff are highly trained and extremely knowledgeable about all of our products. If you can elaborate more on what information was not provided I will investigate this personally.
