Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with

Very disappointing experience. I would caution others before booking.

There was a clear lack of communication and attention to detail from the start. Despite providing specific instructions, these were ignored, and customer service responses felt scripted and unhelpful. It was obvious no one had properly reviewed my booking.

The movers also arrived without a truck large enough for the job, leaving a considerable amount of my belongings behind that I then had to organise separately to be collected. Key information had clearly not been passed on to the third-party movers, which caused unnecessary stress and delays.

After the move, I received repeated calls from customer care, yet none of the actual issues were resolved.

I lodged a formal complaint and was promised a response within a set timeframe, which was missed even after I followed up. This reflects poor leadership and accountability.

Throughout the process, I did not feel my complaint was taken seriously. I was told call recordings would be provided, but they never were. The apparent one manager involved showed poor leadership and was not willing to fully investigate the complaint. This same manager engaged in gaslighting, attempting to make me believe conversations had not happened, and could not comprehend that none of this would have occurred if their customer service team had not made promises they were unable to deliver.

Overall, this experience highlights serious issues with communication, accountability, and customer care. Significant improvement is needed

I had a very poor and highly stressful experience with this removalist company.
From the beginning, I booked a 2-bedroom move based on a detailed phone consultation ( what i used to do before) where I clearly listed all major items and relied on their professional recommendation for the correct truck size. I am not a logistics expert, so I trusted their advice.
On the day of the move, the booked truck arrived. I was then told a second truck was required at extra cost. I received completely conflicting explanations: customer service said larger trucks were fully booked, while the drivers stated the company does not have larger trucks at all and only operates with 4.5-ton trucks. This directly contradicted what I was told during booking and created immediate confusion and delay.
During the move, the situation became increasingly stressful due to poor coordination between office staff and the moving crew. The movers themselves questioned the truck size before loading and spent a significant amount of time contacting management, which delayed the job.
There was also unprofessional behaviour from staff during the move, including frequent personal phone use which further slowed the process and added to the delays.
A major issue occurred when the second truck arrived. The movers refused to open or unload it unless I made immediate payment. I was told that if I did not pay on the spot, they would not proceed with opening the second truck, even though the job was not completed. This created significant pressure and distress during the move.
After the move, I discovered damaged items, including broken glassware and a damaged box, and I also found that a vase was missing (with only a shard remaining), suggesting it had been broken and discarded during handling. These issues added further concern about how my belongings were managed.
When I later raised a formal complaint, the company denied responsibility and provided generic responses that did not address the specific issues raised. Their reply relied mainly on internal statements from staff, rather than acknowledging the inconsistencies in communication, pricing, conduct, and handling of items.
Overall, the service felt disorganised, inconsistent, and unprofessional. The main issues were lack of coordination, contradictory information between office and movers, pressure to make payment before completion of work, and careless handling of belongings.

Great movers, very efficient

I didnt have much to move but all the things took up a lot of space and there was a couple things I would not have been able to move on my own, they moved it all very efficiently, had plenty of straps and blankets to secure everything in place and keep my belongings safe.

Avoid this company if you want a professional and transparent moving process.
My partner reached out for a quote for our move in 3 months time, and the experience was incredibly unprofessional.
​The representative was extremely pushy, demanding a booking on the spot. When my partner explained she just wanted a quote to compare options, he became aggressive, telling her "you won't find anywhere better" and insisted they had the "best deal." When she still refused to book without seeing a written quote, he literally hung up on her.
​A second person called back with "tentative" costs and hourly rates but still refused to provide anything in writing. If a company claims to have the "best deal" but won't put it on paper and hangs up on potential customers, it's a massive red flag. Extremely dodgy vibes—look elsewhere.

Don't spend your money

Don't spend your money. I've done 30 moves and this was the worst.Got the date wrong, got the address wrong. Got a phone call asking how I will pay extra in overtime day before. Staff's attitude was negative, constantly looking at watch complaining about time, yet move was done within time period with my help. Threw boxes on trolley and six dinner plates were smashed at bottom of box. Really annoyed.
Rung to complain and was told to fill in complaint form which conveniently was not sent. Stay clear of this crowd, only after your money and customer service poor. I do not recommend.

Amazing experience

We Didnt have much things to move out. Again everything went smoothly. Workers were very polite. Waested no time and got straight into work. The workers were very precise about making sure we got everything moved into the truck with care and safely to our next home, everything was moved inside our new home safely and had to double check the truck before leaving, incase for any missing items in the truck.
