I didn't think much of the one I could use , they send me out a menthol one without saying it was menthol , and I think it's all in the head iv tried pather n the oil , all it does is lightly relax you , no help with pain or sleep with me

Still waiting on a bottle of Orange County Vape liquid, no reply from Customer service, could it be Royal Mail who knows I checked online, there was no Strikes stated. I was really hoping to try a Higher CBD dosage as a review on you tube years ago stated 1000mg of CBD does work well. I have a 600mg one bought from a shop that doesn’t do very much. When I saw the offer on Orange County and all good reviews before purchase probably from another site,I figured it must be legit. Hopefully not gonna be waighting till after Christmas although it’s looking that way. Hopefully a refund somehow if that’s the case.

I have mixed feelings about cbdoil.co.uk. While their products, like the gummies, have been useful for my chronic knee issues, the customer service is extremely lacking. I had a leaking vape issue, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, I've yet to receive a response. It's frustrating to deal with unresolved complaints and unanswered emails, which makes the experience feel quite unprofessional. Therefore, I have to give them only 3 stars.

The orange soda I received only lasted 1 day and it had 2ml in it

Received CBDFX vape product through the post and was leaking. Tried to contact this company, but that is impossible. I emailed this company to complain and a still waiting to hear back weeks later. I will never buy from this company again. If I could give no stars I would absolute awful customer service sham company

I haven't received my oils, I have tried to change my address online and have sent a a few emails to explain my dilemma to someone who could help me. I haven't had a delivery report so have no idea where my parcel is. I hope we can sort this out

I was sent an 8 month out of date vape and really bad service, have sent several emails but no correspondence at all. Very dissappinted I have wasted my money :(

I ordered a pinapple ice 500mg vape, when it came it had leaked everywhere, also doesn’t taste like pineapple at all just taste like a bitter taste and leafy,
I thought it was ganna be half decent but it’s disgusting.
Don’t buy from this website I spent £20 and it barely even works I also payed extra for shipping saying as it was only supposed to be £17 ..
