Was very excited to try this product only for it to come and oil was leaking out of it. Only reason it got the one star is because it came quite fast Shame it went in the bin faster.

Firstly allow me to apologise that a product turned up as a dud. We are only a retailer of CBD products of other brands and manufacturer and we do not manufacture these vapes.
These Trustpilot reviews are supposed to reflect our service as a retailer rather than the products.
I had a chat with Claudia who has been in conversation with you via email.
You mentioned in the emails that there was oil inside but here you are mentioning that it came leaked but you threw it out? As far as we understand from what you told Claudia; is that the battery was dead and could not be charged, despite trying multiple chargers/wires. Kindly clarify please. I ask as Claudia sent you a postage label to return the dead vape back to us so that you could be compensated. But if you threw it out then unfortunately we cannot offer anything.
