I have purchased 2 x 5% CBD oil for my elderly arthritic cat.

Upon receiving the second bottle, I realised that there was no batch number or expiry date on the bottle or outer box.

I checked the original (almost empty) first bottle that I had purchased previously and realised that this, too, was missing this vital information. This was my failing for neglecting to check the first bottle when I first received it.

I contacted CDSsense immediately and the response was polite but completely unhelpful.

I was given a brief explanation of the bottling process to show how the bottles appeared when the batch and expiry information should appear on the bottles (I still don't know how that helps me - the information is still missing on my bottles).

They also advised me that 'CBD oil is very stable and has a long shelf life.' Great, but I still don't know the batch number or expiry code of this very expensive product, and my intent is to use it to treat an elderly cat.

No offer of a replacement or a goodwill gesture, just 'here's how the bottles look when they DO have this information' and 'it's got a long shelf life'. Shocking.

How long will it last? How does this help me or my cat? It does not.

2 bottles purchased 10 months apart and they were both missing legally required information.

This is not a good look and speaks of a lack of care, appropriate Q.A., and good working practices - at premium prices

Not recommended.

The CBD oil ordered arrived very quickly. It is a well known brand and this company sells it at a lower price than any other I have found so far. This is the third time I have ordered from them, after several years of purchasing from other sources, and I shall continue to do so.
They also have a points system for purchases, although I have yet to 'cash' these in so cannot comment on that.
