KBM Maintenance excessive charges
KBM Maintenance were called out without my permission by my letting agent. According to my tenent all they did in an approximate 15 minute on-site visit was flick an isolator switch from the off position to an on position. The charge was £216.
Fully apologise to CB Maintenance. Don't understand why this company is mentioned instead of KBM Maintenance. My flat is in Northampton, not Yorkshire. Request Trustpilot make this accuracy adjustment asap.
My tenents WhatsApp message on their service was, "10-15min max. They just switched on outside switch. That's it.... haven't done anything."
