My package got lost and never responded to me after they told me to contact them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service.

This was my first order with this company — and it will be my last.
Since December 2nd, I received no communication whatsoever. No reply to emails, no customer service, no explanation. Absolute silence.
I then received a refund without any notice or clarification, even though the product was clearly marked as in stock when I ordered. If there was an issue, the bare minimum would have been to inform the customer.
What makes this even more disappointing is that CBoys has millions of followers. With such a large public platform, I expected basic professionalism and customer support. Instead, I experienced zero transparency and zero accountability.
Extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend.
